kind of anxious w/ Haslab, watched shart's interview, & it looked toyish to me, I don't think the voice/sound effects helped, but we'll see.
How about removing the head from the neck until you have it secured to the body?

Wonder if you can just pop the head out and move to the other side of the neck joint? Would that give more range? Is it the same ball?

Why don't you heat up the peg hole with a heat gun or a blow dryer? Once its heated, it will become softer and should be easier to plug in.

The torso is a much harder plastic as well so the heating truck may not work. Softer plastics it does for sure
Why don’t you heat them up? I’ve watched a good deal of your vids and you rarely if ever heat things up, it makes it a lot easier man.
I don’t have a hair dryer so the water method is too time consuming. I have limited amount of time to do these videos as it is.
I hope Hasbro sees your video. Those heads are almost impossible to get on.
