PC troubleshooting | It Won't Load ANYTHING!

- What's up, Gr8Ones?! Join me as I try and figure out why this PC will not load anything! Only Chrome and that's it. This is a PC I built for a friend 2 years ago and she said it suddenly "stopped working". What could the issue be? Join me on this PC troubleshooting journey!

My first thought was Norton because it seemed like the only thing that would pop up. Hope you got it fixed, my friend. Good seeing you back!! Looking forward to more!
Yeah and it was kinda weird that Norton was the only thing that I couldn't use the End Task function on. Never been a fan. A fresh install is all I could do. Thanks as always for stopping by, my friend! 👊

Ik this is old but brooo when u got to the Norton part and it would let u close it I pulled up my task and closed Norton and it instantly worked thanks bro !!!

Wow. That's pretty strange for a new build. Hope you got it all sorted out!
There's some recovery stuff you can do from within windows. Checkdisk and sfc and the like. Never had much luck with them.
But if it were me, I'd have reinstalled Windows too.
