the phantom cupcake was my first chase i ever got, i found it in Toys R Us here in the UK for £9.99 and i cant stress how rare it is to find a chase in the part of the uk im from so this was awesome and i just went in for the common cupcake and scored this one, couldnt have been happier.
theres one independent shop me and my bf refuse to shop at here in the uk because we witnessed the grinch of all grinches at work- the shops owner making a little girl about 7 cry over a pop!!!! the kid is looking in the my little pony section and being super careful looking at the pops and finds a chase, she looked up at me going through the disney ones and asked what the sticker on the ''shiny sea pony'' meant i said ''wow you found the super special one congratulations.'' she smiles so proud of herself and calls to her mother that this is what she wants to spend her money on. the words were barely out of the kids mouth before the grinch shop owner comes over and plucks it from her little hands and declares it removed from sale, that poor kid looked crushed that her ''shiny sea pony'' had been taken off her. the mother goes wild and the kid is crying and the grinch is pointing to a sign above the register that said ''retailer reserves the right to remove stock without prior notice'' who knew that meant taking things from the hands of kids and making them cry???

I do not like Pop Vinyl toys... at all. I have no interest in "Cute" toys. Don't get me wrong I have a couple of cute things but I do not collect things of that nature. I can understand the appeal of these toys however. They are highly stylized and include just about every pop culture icon out there. I doubt I will ever own one or any super deformed looking stylized version of a character that I appreciate but I can still look at your collection and have an appreciation for it and your enthusiasm regarding it. I enjoyed your video and I wish you the best of luckhunting down your favorite Pop's in the future.

As a DBZ Pop collector, I was almost going to buy the Golden Shenron Dragon, but I think the normal Shenron Dragon looks better which I have, more detailed than the gold one. I also have the ECCC Porunga Dragon! 🙂
