enable the "view channel" permission for @everyone in your rules & verification channel permissions, and make the other channels all private (disable "view channel" permission for @everyone, but enable it for your @verified role) !!
if you have an unverified role and mimu doesn't remove it, but adds the verified one along. Do "{addrole:yourverifiedrole}{removerole:yourUNverifiedrole}"

if you don't add {dm} , mimu will just send the reply ( if you have one ) in the channel that the member uses .verify in !! keep in mind that mimu won't delete its reply afterwards though, which is why i recommend letting it dm the reply instead ^^ but it's entirely optional !

i think you typed an invalid hex color when setting your embed color ( with this variable -> {embed:#ffffff} ), such as accidentally deleting a number or a letter !

are you trying to add an embed color (like the {embed:#d2ddf1} i did in the video)? it means that you didn't copy the hex code properly. did you use colors-picker.com/hex-color-picker/ ?

there's probably a problem with mimu's permissions or how the autoresponder is set up ~ unfortunately, you cannot fix it without having administrator permissions :c
for the other channels, go to channel or category settings and turn off the "view channel" permission for @everyone, and then go to channel settings for your verification channel and turn that permission on ✅!

the verified role somehow doesn't get applied to the profile..
double check that mimu has the "manage roles" permission in server settings -> role settings & that its role is above your @verified role !

I have an problem when I type the trigger word it does send me an Message but it always say @ unknown role
did you add the role by using ? if so, make sure you copied the id correctly without accidentally deleting a number and used the proper format !!

are you trying to add an embed color (like the {embed:#d2ddf1} i did in the video)? it means that you didn't copy the hex code properly. did you use colors-picker.com/hex-color-picker/ ?

unfortunately not, sorry about that :c but you can prevent already verified members from talking in that channel again though ~ you just need to set the permission "send messages" or "view channel" to ❌ for your verified role in that specific channel!

in channel settings, turn off the "view channel" permission for @everyone for all the channels you don't want unverified members to see (making them private channels), then turn on the "view channel" permission *only* for your @verified role !

there's probably a problem with mimu's permissions or how the autoresponder is set up ~ unfortunately, you cannot fix it without having administrator permissions :c

for the other channels, go to channel or category settings and turn off the "view channel" permission for @everyone, and then go to channel settings for your verification channel and turn that permission on ✅!
