1 * plan towards it
2 * Be Frugal and minimal on spending (don't buy why you don't need)
3 * save towards retirement
4 * Build an emergency fund
5 * save to invest. this is most important because it's a proven way to get richer

I would have to describe my design style as eclectic- a very calm, grounded foundation (neutral palette, earth elements (stone, brick, leather, wood) with some whimiscal elements (color, vacation finds, childlike/ nostalgia pieces).
It's very reflective of the Gemini in me and my personality and interests.
I used to think I had to have one universally recognized design style, i.e., Midcentury, Boho, traditional, industrial and etc but I'm multifacted so my design style should be reflective of that if I want to feel comfortable in my home.

Love your Pier One chair. I have several that I purchased from Pier One back in the day, and I don’t believe they’re even made anymore! Styles have evolved, however, still love the old, unique furniture pieces! 🤗💕

I love the aesthetic of your home, but my favorite part is the concrete wall in the living room. Was it part of the condo when you purchased it, or did you create it?
It was a part of the home when I got it! Ironically I didn’t love it at first and considered covering it with regular dry wall. But over tome I came to really like it.
