Are you sure about the process because in past i was trying to propagate using leaf but its not happening insted of that that leaf got slowly decomposed.if its really works so what are the main precautions i need to take can you please suggest in this case

A new plant is not going to sprout from leaves only, it must have a node.

This process doesn’t give you a new plant. It gives you a rooted leaf that slowly dies.
Same here it has been sitting in the water for weeks but not a single root 😞
Mine's been a week, loads of roots, but seeing all the experience, I'll just chuck them out and leave the one with the node.
This happen only in CZcams. My leaf also decompose In 2,3 days.
