How I deal with fear , Or in other words false evidence appearing real

As described by Marilyn Monroe “We should all start to live before we get too old. Fear is stupid , and so are regrets.”
Fear 😨
It can break us if we back down from it or make us and teach us so we choose to face it and overcome.
Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or some thing is dangerous.
It is part of the uncomfortable process of growing and becoming your best and highest self.
Live life with no regrets and do this by facing your fears slowly but surely each and every day.
Lol 😂 btw random side note I snuck into a park after hours just to record this for y’all , and not gonna lie the park was pitch black dark expect for here and I said fuck any fears and obstacles we going in and doing this.
