You sat down, watched and approved a contract between Ghana and ENI where our own natural gas from the Jubilee field is being sold to us at the highest price in the world. Way higher than the gas we buy from Nigeria through the West African pipeline.
Had it not been the change of government, you would have cheaply handed over a strategic income generating project like the mobile money interoperability project to a private business man who is linked to you in the person of Agambire and his associates. When the government of Ghana could have easily sourced for funds to undertake the mobile money interoperability at the cost of just 4 million dollars, your government pretended not to have that money so decided to allow this private business person to do it at a cost of 1.2 billion dollars so that they will operate it for 25 years to recover their cost and profit before handing it over to the government.
