I can feel they are getting closer to get a collab with ghibli (maybe its one of the 5 collab?)
as cool as it would be, i genuinely don’t that will ever happen. i feel like ghibli is way more protective of their stuff, and wouldn’t take offers like a collab with a game. i could be wrong tho. there is signs of them being a bit more open, with the whole grogu short they did with star wars. but i think in general, sky seems a bit much for ghibli
I think tha Ghibli would be a great collab with Sky,
and the reason it’s not yet happening is probably because Ghibli rights is too expensive for a small indie game company.

The love and bond between Dusk ember boy (Hopeful Steward ?) and his pet manta, is just about the most endearing, precious thing ever!!!! How anyone can sit through that dry eyed, is beyond me, I’mma gonna be bawling so much through this. 😭😭😭 💝💝💝
I don’t think the Dusk ember is the hopeful steward, unless the show takes place in the past? Because the host implied there would be a whole new set of characters for the season collabs related to the show
@kylaletiger1106 The show will be a prequel story actually! It obviously takes place in the Sky Kingdom before the disaster that kill everyone. So we can possibly expect to see characters that are currently spirits in the game 🤔

Announcing new seasons already?? 😮❤ Thatgamecompany doesn't usually announce seasons until the current season is down to around 20 days or less. But anyway, this is definitely something to look forward to! I'm definitely curious and excited 🎉
So the season that'll be based off of the Two Embers, is it going to be something like a two parter? One about one child and one about the other??
it's 2 separate seasons one about the dusk ember skykid and the other about the dawn ember skykid

I really do hope our quest might be turning ninny visible! It's such a sweet story in moominvalley and personally one of my favorites! I can't wait to see others interacting with moominvalley for the first time or just seeing what they come up with! I remember once telling a friend or two going "what if sky collabed with moominvalley" and to see it confirmed just me extra hyped!
looking forward to hopefully some fantasy cottage core-esque stuff, but i also really just want some sky lore in my damn sky for once. last time was like...ABYSS. cmon...jeez. hopefully embers will at least feel like lore or give us something.
I remember them saying one of the reasons for the two embers to exist to begin with is that they wanted a way to make the lore of the game more clear to everyone. Having that in mind, it should be logical for the season to also contain lore...

They can use those graphics to tell how each city fell and even if it's short finally some actual lore not some poems with those graphics in the trailer makes it look like I'd be on a PlayStation 8 if it existed last thing from what I learned while playing the game through All the memories they had a good civilization going on they got power hungry they destroyed themselves and the krill were born from the crystal and destroyed everything the elders tryed to go stop it but the elders died in the process trying to protect the world of sky it's basically everything I picked up from the memories of the game besides the golden wasteland basically went to crap because of war krill didn't help

I want to learn and understand more about the civilizations of Sky before, as one of the old players of Sky I want to know the core and history of Sky and I’m sure I’m not the only player who knows little about the past. seasons don't return and aurora was a season guide aka she won't return as a traveling spirit neither will any of her cosmetics or emotes. however the 4 spirits that surround her will return eventually with those cosmetics being available to get
season of aurora did come back before in the form of a days of event back in August 2023
