Update: The drop queue now opens 10 minutes prior to drop instead of 1 hour as mentioned in the video.
Update: Time to check out is now 5 minutes instead of 10 minutes as mentioned in the video.

Hello! Currently there is no SMS/email confirmation. The team is constantly changing things to combat bots so one day that might change though.
Are the chances really that slim? I’m debating on doing $100 worth of packs but I just want the physical for my collection…
Yes, the odds are low. I've had some amazing packs where I get multiple redeemables but then I can go 20 packs with no redeemables. If you want guaranteed physicals, its best to buy on the secondhand market place.
Can I buy packs if I have Wax in my droppp wallet instead of paying with my debit/credit card ?
You can only buy with apple pay, google pay or credit card when buying on Drop Day. Wax only works to buy on the second hand marketplace

Sorry that the volume wasn't working well for you. I try to make it clear and audible. It sounds normal and audible to me on my end. If anyone else has this issue, please comment below so I can work to fix it next time =)
@@shockshouse Yeah heads up YT says your audio is -19.7dB below what they recommend. Which is substantially low. Typically try to get your voice levels around the -3 to -5db mark. (:
