"I Enjoyed everyday" That's the real goal
loved this comment
NYC comment
Yep - If you’re not having fun then what’s the point?
JAy is the connecting core between the 90s bodybiilders and the new era...
Also Dexter.
Yeah he’s the pinnacle of 90s physique with new era, perfect example
Yeats Is.
Absolutely one of the GOAT's. Mass with symmetry! Great posing too...
Facts
One of the most legendary poses_ the quad stomp!!
The pictures of his quad stomp are my favorite bodybuilding pictures ever
I saw the quad stomp! I smashed the LIKE button. Simples
You'd have thought the earth shook when he flexed his quad.
Quad stomp was done years before
An overblown rhino stomps his leg on the floor and that’s impressive?
That quad stomp goes down in history
Salve!
For a while Jay offered autographed 8 x 10's on his website ... yea I bought " GARAGE STOMP" ( Jay doing "the stomp" in a garage ) for my garage home gym =) for some reason Jay does not sell autographed merch anymore .... I have tons of posters and things hanging in my home gym/ man cave ...but that is my fav item I have in there!
Imagine u got stomp by him
what year was that?
@@lindh83 2009 bro
In my humble opinion, Jay is the most aesthetic monster in bodybuilding. He literally looks like a real version of a Dragon Ball Z character like Super Trunks or Broly. Also, what an awesome and humble guy, seeing a champion like this, man, I can't wait to go back to the gym!
I agree with you man. Perhaps it's also the super saiyan hair which he rocks from time to time
Yep... I agree 100% in his best years he was the best of all time imo... till this day even.
He’s oddly aesthetic, aesthetic usually means small joints, narrow hips, small waist, Jay has none of that and it still works somehow. He’s also got really asymmetrical abs which are awesome looking for some reason.
@@robertdevito5001 You couldn't have explained it better my friend. I feel the same way
Yeah DBZ chars are shredded as fk but only Broly is a mass monster, unless you consider Oozaru, but that's literally beast mode.
That quad stomp was legendary. Jay looked amazing that year. Jay wasn’t always the biggest body builder but he always had one of the best physics of all time. Super nice guy too.
not one of the best. THE BEST
He studied physics in school
physique*
@@fiz0746 Its hard to beat ´11 Heath
I've met Jay at Bev Francis gym in Syosset, NY, 7 years ago or so. Super nice guy, he was looking big then.
Quad stomp is literally one of the greatest moments in bodybuilding. Him and Ronnie were huge and managed to come in peeled and these guys who are half the size can't figure it out today.
That quad stomp will forever be one of the best Olympia moments of all time.
Jay was the rare combination of good looks, muscle genetics, gear tolerance, discipline, and a relentless drive.
We must give a lot of credit to jay cutler for being an embassator of bodybuilding, he represents it all over the world. Great career and great after career. Nothing but respect to him
The word you’re looking for is “ambassador”.
Ronnie and Jay both right up there, damn Jay's 2009 comeback physic just another level in the of bodybuilding history.
JAY'S A NIGGA
Been watching Jay vs. Ronnie. Awesome rivals. Jay has the hair style too. But when Jay came out and had his hair standing up to win the Olympia with the quad stomp. Priceless.
The more I learn about Cutler, the more I respect and admire the man; true inspiration, right there.
2009 Jay is, to me, one of the best bodybuilders to walk on earth ever, arguably even the best. I remember I saw him coming on stage and I was hit by a sudden thought, it was "it's over, he's gonna win", there was simply no contest, I was in awe.
The best he never was or could of ever dreamed to be. Don't be an ignorant fool
@@billythekid7413 what?
@@brodeypecha9233 exactly
@Wujek Wladek He had zero bubble gut in 2009, he was simply perfect, otherwise I would agree on the fact that the bubble gut ruined the show. BTW I've said one of the best, depending on the era I have different faves.
Ya 2009 Jay is my personal favorite Mr O physique of all time. Beats Ronnie or Arnold for me personally. Again it’s all subjective but Jay had everything right. Proportions, conditioning, it was so incredible and to me showed a new level of what was possible nobody had seen before.
Most accomplished bodybuilder inside and outside of the competition
Arnold Schwarzenegger would say otherwise
@@kalakuta.tuidemal5616 if you read the original comment he also said outside..... and Arnold won 7 Olympias to Cutlers 4..... so inside and outside Arnold is up at the top.
@@robledesma15 no, ronnie is the best.
@@robledesma15 Arnold’s Olympias mean nothing, in 1971 he was literally the ONLY competitor in the olympia
He's such a legend. His all poses are my favourite but the side chest and quad stomp are the top tier pose by jake.
''I came out there, did that fn quadstomp and the whole place went crazy.'' #ShockThemWithResults
7:59 One of the best moments in bodybuilding?
Yes
Alright
And one of the most iconic bodybuilding photos ever!
@@bodybldrmarcus Yeah A true work of pure manly ART !!! Absolutely breath-taking!
I love how when he says that he lowers his voice a bit on the "fucking", as if he didn't really want to swear but that legendary quad stop DEMANDED its proper title of THAT FUCKING QUAD STOMP!
The Jay Cutler Videos are the all time best. Because Jay has that Warrior Mindset.
He was the biggest natural bodybuilder of all time I have mad respect for him
Natural 😂
@@paulreed6807 to be be fair, no body builder is natural. Its really about doing it the right way and avoiding the side effects. Jay did that and looked perfect. No bubble gut.
Who would love to see jay once again just for one time on stage again😍
I like
I wouldn't because his health is more important
@@thewolverine3708 if not contest shape, just do a guest posing and he can work with that
He came back in 2013 but had a torn bicep I believe.
Me
Whenever im running out of motivation... I watch Jay's motivational videos... No ego pure motivation 🗿🔥✌️
Best Jay Cutler self-expression I’ve seen. Sincere, inspiring, and love how he talks about bodybuilding as an artist with passion for loving what you do❤❤❤
He has the heart of the true champion....to lose n win is really really hard...the mental strength required...to overcome the inner monster..is extraordinary.
He waited fifteen years for this, that is dedication, he didn't think what if I don't even come close to winning in the future, he just trained and stayed consistent doing what he loved, enjoying everyday and his dream came through.

2009 Jay Cutler the undisputed best Mr Olympia physique of all time
That QUAD STOMP. Gratest moment in BB history....
Everytime i see Jay’s stump I just want to get up and start doing squats till my legs start screaming at me stoooooop🗣😤
The Voiceover by Jay, makes this one of thee best videos to date... I'm recharged, inspired, and reminiscing years
Those were good years. 2004-2009 bodybuilding was a great time.
That quad stomp still gives me chills..
Jays hair on his haydays was perfect
Jay's quad stomp was a legendary pose and it can only be done perfectly by him.
When my dad was Training I remember sitting in the Gym I was like 11 and I read the magazines. Jay is and was one of my Inspirations
His reaction after winning like "I knew it " true GOAT
As others have said,he's definitely nailed the aesthetics and proportion.Hes got the golden ratio!
I have never seen his discipline and his hard training and his will to be the best in the world in any bodybuilder. He became not only a monster, but a true champion in personal life too. He is a legend.
I'm from the gym, already tired but this video makes me want to go and squat again
Shit I wish I had a gym, they all closed in my country since October 😭

- Jay Cutler
The real G.O.A.T. LOVE SUM JAY CUTLER. No one has done what he has .Just an amazing ambassador for bodybuilding
Couldn't agree more I have that quad stomp poster in my garage big Jay the best!
That quad stomp was lit af💥💥
He fixed his weakness, which was his waist by blowing up his shoulders to freakish levels.
His waist was wide, but his shoulders were also naturally wider.
Most eye pleasing muscle structure of all time ❤
A man with determination, dedication, belief in himself, and hard work is unstoppable.
Jay is the most humble bodybuilder I have ever seen
Just look at his reaction very humble and down to earth
I love him.
This guy is so underrated. In all his years he was second to only Ronnie, the fucking godly alien, and then eventually defeated him. Then he came back from loosing in 2009 and brought not only his greatest phisque ever, but probably the single greatest photo in bodybuilding history. He shows how hard work can win against anything.
For me he's the greatest bodybuilder of all time
Ronnie
@@marwanrasa6102 greatest Mr O not bodybuilder I feel like those 2 should be seperate
@@marwanrasa6102 He said "for me", also his past battles with Ronnie are a huge motivation, I love both of them.
I think that's a stretch. But in 2009 he produced a flawless physique. Not a weakness on his frame. Up there with 93 Dorian, 2001 Ronnie and 2011 Heath as iconic, standard-setting, packages.
@@kalakuta.tuidemal5616 No you you're looking for an ambassador AND a great Olympia Champion, Haney beats all. 8 titles. Never defeated on the,Olympia stage after his first win. Gentleman.
My 1st love and indeed my last... JAY CUTLER & NICANDRO VISION..... Love of my life, thank you so much for being here and keeping us motivated!!!

Every time I go into the gym was to be a Super Hero.

Jay Cutler THE LEGEND! 💪🏻🔥👏🏻
The more you watch JAY, more u love him.
2009 quad stomp was the best last thing in Bodybuilding history yet!
Jay cutler is my favourite athlete
He was awesome!! Great respect for Jay and how if u want something bad enough u go for it...
That quad stomp still the greatest Olympia moment for me
Jay Cutler is the GOAT 🏋🏿♀️🏋🏿♀️🏋🏿♀️
Strong passion, strong mentality He really sculpted a PERFECT PHYSIQUE !!!
He keeps always a little smile on his face ......
“I didn’t bring phones to the gym….it’s about hitting the gym and working out to build your body”…..thank you Mr Cutler. There is nothing more annoying than waiting on folks who’ve got to check their damn phones after ever set…this not only wastes their time, but it also wastes the time of folks who are there to get it in. Do your shit, move on and let others get their shit in too.
15 years! What a grind!
The Greatest Body Builder Ever.. 🔥🔥
Love You Cutler..
Jay is such a gentleman, he is a true competitor.. humble.. I loved the rivalry between him and Ronnie, they weren't mean, they respected each other.
There will be no one like him

his 2009 physique in MR.O was unbelievable and could beat anyone in the 70s 80s or 90s

Jay Cutler is forever legend in bodybuilding
Super,I don’t have words, absolute top is Jay Cutler
I was lucky enough to be at that O and Jay was the biggest and most ripped dude I’ve ever seen. He even continued a conversation we had at the meet and greet after he won the O. Incredible ambassador for our sport
When Jay did that Quad Stomp, even Chuck Norris went into hiding.
All time greatest bodybuilder jay❤️
This man is great . Never giving up .
One of the greatest bodybuilders of all time in my opinion.
One of the greatest motivation and highlight video for sure.
Be champion is not only win titles is also inspire people jay and arnold are the best mr olympia champions

Jay Cutler is a Bodygoals
My favorite bodybuilder Jay cutler 🧡🧡🧡
I love jay 💓hardwork against genetics
Another great video! I am always perplexed as to how Jay ended up second to last in his first Mr. O. I remember watching that Mr. O and thinking he would've at least been in the top-10. Oh well. He definitely did his thing in 2001 and never looked back.
when your muscles are so big they create shadows, that`s a W
Legend is Jay Cutler of bodybuilding 💪
The legend Jay cutler 🔥
Jay cutler forever
jay in these shots honestly looks like the pinnacle of bodybuildng, ther pefect distribution between size and aesthetics
Getting really hyped to train after watching those videos.
This is so amazing to see. I was able to meet this man while he was touring and my mind was blown. I had seen bodybuilders in videos before and I'm a pretty big guy myself; 5'10 and 220lb mostly muscle. Therefore, I thought I'd see this guy and he'd be a bit bigger than me, more defined, etc. As I got closer to him, it gave credence to what he said in this video about sculpting his body to look like "a superhero", because this man looked like what I imagined a real-life version of Superman would look like, when I was a kid. It was at that moment that I gained a greater respect for bodybuilders and bodybuilding as a profession.
These people truly evolve to the next level of humanity it seems, because I remember being almost breathless as I never thought a human-being could look so large and sculpted. It was literally like looking at a real-life, overly drawn superhero. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life!
Jay used the science at 100% in his trainig-diet cycle. After all this years after retirement he still looks awesome
