This is the most relatable thing I've ever read
as a dancer, i think half of the comments don’t realize how technically challenging this dance is. it’s hard to get all of the isolations clean, and it was executed extremely well. the formations were on point too! this was iconic.

As a CG artist now imagine trying to get all those motions to a CG character without making look too robotic.
I bow to all te team, dancers, singers an artists, programmers that make possibly this.
The Pop/Stars Choreo was insane already, this just delivered the same level of awesome choreography. The level of body coordination is insane, as any dancer will tell you.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN "don't realize". If they don't get it they haven't tried doing it without losing balance.
Im also a dancer and knew it was hard going in but I taught myself the dance until 1:26 good dance but makes me sweat way too quick haha
Truth. I'm not a dancer but tbh id be willing to learn at least the chorus dance
This actually is a hard choreography, you have to do very quick sharp motions without seeming too robot, they slayed
So true! I am confident that I will be able to do this choreo as sharp and smoothly like theirs! Of course, not without some mistakes here and there as this is quite the challenge!

@@owo4470 agreed. i dont dance but something just seems to be missing. the main problem for me is, it seems like choreographers from overseas prefer doing technically difficult choreographies that don't really enhance the song, but rather just show off their talents so all the parts look like a k/da dance off rather than a group performance (which is the main charm of kpop choreographies - maybe it's not that technically difficult, but it brings extra flavour to even the most bland songs and looks pleasing enough). the 1m choreo is not any better too. it's fast paced and complex but it's too aggressive. the song is supposed classy/royal and cool at the same time and none of the choreographies show that off :/
The girl who dances Akali's part just had so much swag. Especially the chorus with the footwork she just hit them beats ooof it was amazing.

when the dancer that represents Seraphine enters the stage, she and Kaisa's dancer do a little ballett routine together, because Kaisa is the one with classical dance training and i just LOVE that detail

Others says "1 Million is better" but this Official Choreography makes more sense for K/DA than 1Million dance. This dance shows the personality of each K/DA Members especially Akali and Kai'sa.

The animation did NOT DO THIS CHOREO JUSTICE OMG, just from Akali’s part in the beginning I knew this wasn’t going to be an easy choreography. AND THE CHORUS!!! The slow, small, controlled hand movements and suddenly SUPER FAST, BIG WHOLE BODY MOVEMENTS. It’s such an intricate dance I’m 😍 HEAD OVER HEELS 😍

Singing and dancing looks hard so if they do want them to do that dance jaira, Madison and lexie will probably have to go through training and soyeon and miyeon already do a lot of dancing and singing it won't be hard for them so they will probably have to get the girls to train how to sing and dance at the same time

Idk why people are comparing this with 1millions, they're both great. This is the version that could be easier to learn for the fans and was probably also easier to translate into the animation required for KDA. Love both versions and the dancers are all 🔥🔥🔥

i definitely think this version was made so it’s easier to animate for ingame models and the worlds stage (which didnt go too well) but both version are equally cool and unique in their own ways

Well I'm gonna trigger you and compare them and say that this one is better because it captures the essence and personality of the characters perfectly. 1M's version has nothing to do with the characters. Cool moves, but it could fit almost any song you dance the choreo to.

Editing because people really misunderstood my comment and think I was criticizing the M/V when i'm doing the opposite:
I originally thought the animation for the "more" gesture (at 1:04 in this video) was awkward in the official M/V. But after watching the choreo, I think the animators captured it really well. I thought the movement was a bit rigid and unnatural in the m/v, but now it seems like that's just part of the actual move in real life. It's a little stiff but on purpose. Or at least, it's unavoidable as it's not a move that can really be done softly.
People don't really understand how difficult it is to model characters doing simple things like sitting or breathing, let alone dancing - let alone MULTIPLE models dancing. Watching the choreo lets me appreciate both the dancers (in real life) but also the work of the animators.
which "more" is it? There's a few, one at 2:15, and one at 2:21

I also just noticed that many dance moves in Akali’s verse (to a lesser extent Kai’sa’s verse) echoes the lyrics, both English and Korean. Absolutely beautiful!

I love how the other dancers echo Seraphine's moves when she first comes in like how she has an echo/double cast on her abilities in game

i wanted to see the live version of this choreography so much! the girl that danced as akali perfectly captured her and soyeon's energy when dancing, and i love how seraphine connects with members one by one during the bridge, ultimately taking the center position during the finale. i will definitely try to learn some of the dance!

I love that dance choreography! we use do it thousand times at home me and my friends Eve and Kali and Kaisa as well! we are all BIG fans of K/DA and we all LOVE those choreography dances! feels like we're in the dancefloor itself, I become a profficional K/DA Choreography dancer!

I really really really like all the KDA choreagraphy. Their choreo are actually well made and well thought out: from each character's personality to the chorus moves, it's super catchy i was waiting for this and I'm deffo not disappointed !

@@windle2530 I'm not sure I do think so🤔 but pretty sure that the choreographer already had in mind how each character moves. The choreo shows too much detail for it to be a coincidence 🤣 like to me each character (and in this vid, each girl) has a strong personality showing that's why it is so good to me 🤩

This camera work is the tea, really just made all the choreography POP with these angles.
