    Fun fact: the almera engine uses mirror bore coating tech same as the one used in the GTR.
    Mirror Bore Coating Techonology
    Adapted from the legendary Nissan GT-R, this technology produces an extremely thin 0.2mm mirror bore coating cylinder liner that provides better heat conduction, enhanced cooling performance and less engine knocking.

    Nice review as always! But why didn't you mention that Nissan Connect is a subscription-based service and is only usable for 3 years for this model. This can be a dealbreaker, especially since it's unclear how much the renewal cost is.

    • @tnekgasnalab71093
      @tnekgasnalab71093 Před 4 měsíci

      It says in the brochure that it’s worth 30k pesos for that 3 years. So I presume it’ll be around 10k per year. But who knows… I agree they should have atleast mentioned that particular drawback on the review.

    Ganyan yung thesis namin nung college wayback 2018(Nissan Connect, SOS button) at kami yung bottom last sa competion sa thesis festival among us Computer Engineering students. Ngayon naimplement na ng isang car manufacturer. Wala man kaming patent or recognition about that pero para sa sarili namin, we feel so proud that the tech that we studied and created is already implemented and hopefully magawa din ng iba pang brands.

      @dickmelsonlupot7697 Před 7 měsíci +12

      that's bold of you to assume that you and your college buddies "created" the Connect option or the SOS button as if kayo yung first.
      FYI, the NissanConnect was already a thing waaaaaayyyy before your 2018 "thesis".
      You're almost 2 decades too late to claim anything during 2018.
      It was called CarWings when it first released in 2002 (with the concept and R&D for it starting at around late 1997/early 1998) and then renamed NissanConnect in 2015.
      And that's just for the Nissan one. Others have done the same as well like Volkswagen, BMW, Porsche, Volvo and many more.
      And the SOS button isn't even new as well.
      There is a thing called eCall which predates your supposed "thesis" where the idea started in 1999, was initially presented by a bunch of Germans in 2001, somewhat postponed in 2007, revived in 2011, was adopted in 2013 and was nearing completion in 2015 and has been adopted and refined throughout the years.
      So no, don't just straight up claim that it was your idea when you are basically just amateurs in that regard.

    That ₱1,149 MSRP is not so bad when you consider that it's actually a bit bigger and way more well-equipped than a 1996 Civic VTi that sold for ₱564,000 back then (roughly the same as competing cars from Toyota, Mitsubishi and Nissan). Factoring in inflation, the Almera's price even for the top trim is very acceptable if you look at it this way.

      But considering the VE model's price is close to that of the Toyota Altis GRS at 1.3 million, it's hard to consider it. I think if Nissan priced it closer to the Vios G, that would probably create great competition. For now, it is too expensive compared to the number one car in the country, Toyota.

    I see that the Nissan Almera VL 2024 is convenient for the driver but not much for the passengers. My question is, is there a parking assist feature? Like rear camera, side monitoring... I can parallel park or back park no problem but I would prefer if it's made easier. I'm also concerned about the ground clearance. You know how the speed bumps in the country vary. Not to mention the roads.

    I love this new wet look of Nissan Almera. I have the 2022 Almera Turbo btw right after it was released on the Phil Market. With the add'l tech and features inside definitely the top in its class just loved it.
    But I just don't really you know like the front facia, I mean the V-motion grill was kind of neglected, in which its represents NISSAN's signature look just like the bigger siblings the TERRA and NAVARRA. I can only recognize it from afar coz of its aggressive DRL's but if not, it look like a HYUNDAI car to me. Just like GEELY's Expanding Cosmos signature grill. But take a look to what they did to the EMGRAND. You can't tell if it's a GEELY or not or maybe (ampon lang).

    Security and Realizability
    Truelly,.Nissan has done it's research for their newest update of this Their all new version of the NISSAN ALMERA
    And with it's new smart connect! If ever? That yoy forgot where did you park your car specially inside a mall
    Finding it,.Is Just a fingertp as well as one tap! One swipe away from your phone
    But the two downside of things,. Specially on the second row
    Beides of,.Hsving a one charging port having inviting another passenger on the third row is definitely a NO 🙅 NO 👎
    It's because of its tunnel which abit high and also of the middle headrest
    So two passengers,.Will be just perfect! 😉
    As well,.As this unique color of MOONGREY! Which I also o so very love and like too 👍😉👍
    Which gives the car a unique style,.Plus the fact that in brod daylight it looks the basic black and white
    But pretty sure,.At night you really can might it's true real colors that will definitely be mind blowing too 👍😉👍

    sa totoo lang di maganda yung facelift nitong bagong almera, tapos di pa bagay yung two tone color nya, mas maganda parin yung previous design, tapos kung nag two tone sana sila sana yung roof lang, iniwan sana nilang colored yung side sa ibabaw ng window, nag mukha kasi syang natabas, nawala yung aerodynamic lookat lines na makikita mo lang sa sedan..
