I brought a cuckoo clock here. Cuckoo was not working after 1 week. He replaced the mechanism. Now also the cuckoo does not come out.the night shut off does not work. Already three service over.still Problem in cuckoo coming out persists.
I bought the 8 day, however they are only 8 day when you hang them 12 ft or higher. I have to wind mine twice a week to have it at 7FT so I can set the time and see the action. very disapointing.
