This unfortunately happens a lot when bringing in new players because the experienced players are in MMR that is more likely to face cheaters. If they played on their own they likely wouldn't face cheaters, but then it's also more boring
and the worst is that you never get your mmr back. Meaning that the cheater you went against went through the entire season without getting banned. No matter how obvious they are.
He had a 2.0 K/D as a champ with over a 70% win rate after 100 matches, hes not playing against people his rank probably ever. He most likely constantly ques with low rank people so he rarely has to play against actually good players....or hes literally the best siege player in the world.
The first replay is the type of match I get 90% of the time me and my buddy are unranked but we're like sliver/gold at best and we get put with emeralds and diamonds all the time.
Dude same, playing with my friend who was silver 2 and I was playing for my gold 5 and the entire enemy team was plat or emerald and our team was silver with one bronze, we got smacked down of course
1,000 hours on this game, finally decided to uninstall last night. I just can't do it anymore man, these online FPS games are so dog shit now. I'm ready to move on. So many great games in my steam library where I don't have to deal with other human beings (trash). Your videos brought me a lot of enjoyment over the years of playing this game, but I gotta go, honestly watching R6 content makes me want to start playing again but every single time I get off a session of this game, I regret it. The community is so toxic, the players are so pathetic, and the game has just lost its soul. This game honestly peaked between year 2 and year 3 and anybody who says differently must have not played back then, this game is a shell of its former self and has been taken over by low lifes who can hardly speak English. Wish you the best, but don't ever count on Ubisoft fixing their anticheat. They make money off of every cheater they ban who then has to spend more money to re-purchase the game, and re-purchase skins and so forth. There are no new players, only returning players who have already remembered why they quit, and have since moved on (like me). Ranked is a dead end, I tried standard, still got spinbotted every few games, and still go against wallhackers EVERY game (that is not an exaggeration). If I'm not playing against them, I'm playing with them.

So, trigger is actually when people walk in to your crosshair, or you move your crosshair on them, it automatically shoots. Not when they appear on screen
coming from other games, it completely baffles me that there are no restrictions on what ranks are allowed to queue together in the ranked mode. especially in a game like siege where you have the tools to absolutely shit on people below your skill level.

recently this season they added a new censorship to the text chat. If you type "Hacks" or "Cheats" in text chat, you get secretly disabled from talking in text chat for a period of time, sometimes it even disables everyone from talking. People think its a bug but it always happens after someone tries to say "This person is hacking/Cheating"
I have faced 2 blantant cheater this season spin bot aimbot the whole thing, yesterday i got rp deducted from my account because i guess i won with i closet cheater on my team but the blantent cheaters i lost too still are not banned
you talking about how you would basically never lose if you had cheats i would unironically love to see some customs with pros, streamers, and youtubers using cheats like just imagine how unstoppable some players would be and since they know what they are doing they could easily hide them
I find its much easier to tell cheating in match replay due to seeing player outlines through walls. They should have it so it shows your outline to you in the kill cam.

I don’t know really anything about anti-cheat’s or game design tbh, so will someone explain to me how? Like, why would they have to rebuild the game for it? valorant has an anticheat called Vanguard that's kernel level (i.e. it has access to every part of your computer). its not completely impossible to bypass but its generally considered to be one of the best anticheats because of how invasive it is idk much about battleye or qb (r6's custom anticheat) but from what i can tell battleye is a kernel mode anticheat, it just doesn't run 24/7 like vanguard, and qb is usermode, so they're both easier to get around i cant say siege would need a complete rewrite but i'd imagine they'd have to rework a lot since implementing a completely new anticheat isn't super simple
Don't know the specifics but I know that Valorant's anti-cheat was built as part of the game. Not sure why it makes such a huge difference but it's undeniable it's the best in the genre and actually works. So I'm guessing they're saying to get a anti-cheat as good as Valorant's, you have to build it with the game, instead of adding it afterwards.

My only real gripe with Varsity's take on some players, is when he assumes that a higher ranked player is actively TRYING to play with lower ranked friends to pad their stats. I really wish he'd take into account the fact that some players, like myself, are just significantly worse than their friends, but they still want to play TOGETHER. I get that some people DO have a nefarious purpose to playin gwith lower ranked people, but that's not everyone, and the generalizationi is a really bad habit that Varsity has.

I don’t like the whole “it’s impossible for a champ to have a 2KD”, my only season I got champ I hit a 1.9kd, I’m on console n dont use xim or anything, it’s absolutely possible to have a high kd in champ without cheats

he managed to hit the blitz four times in the shoulder because the game is broken. and i feel like with the siege community ppl who are legit or have one good game are accused of cheating while pl who are blatantly cheater are just "better".
My only real gripe with Varsity's take on some players, is when he assumes that a higher ranked player is actively TRYING to play with lower ranked friends to pad their stats.
I really wish he'd take into account the fact that some players, like myself, are just significantly worse than their friends, but they still want to play TOGETHER.
I get that some people DO have a nefarious purpose to playin gwith lower ranked people, but that's not everyone, and the generalizationi is a really bad habit that Varsity has.

I don’t like the whole “it’s impossible for a champ to have a 2KD”, my only season I got champ I hit a 1.9kd, I’m on console n dont use xim or anything, it’s absolutely possible to have a high kd in champ without cheats
