I saw him wrestling in Germany against state champions and it was like a child birthday for him. Was standing next to him and at the time I was around 105kg at 1.95m. I felt like a baby after seeing him in his wrestling outfit. Itâs unbelievable how different he looks in real life and what kind of muscle mass and quality he already has 15-20 years ago. This guy looked so jacked and brutal, it was awesome. I can clearly remember the silence in the entire hall after he took his jacket of to start the wrestling match. Everyone was like âwhat the fuckâ. Great guy.

Guys, I just wanna point something out. Not lifting weights but your bodyweight, is still stimulating muscle growth. The muscle doesnât care whether you bench press or do push-ups, since the muscle has two states: tension and no tension. How that tension is created doesnât matter. You gain muscle at every rep range, certain rep ranges are just more effective than others.
