The way Ms Small Laude interacts with her staff like a family member is something to be emulated on. She even asked her staff to take a drink because the weather is so warm. Di lang sya ang uminom, inisip pa niya mga staff niya. Tapos her staff even has the freedom to eat what they want. Gumawa daw sila ng buko salad. Yun daw kakainin nila. Mabait sya. Not the typical rich people depicted as matapobre in movies. The real old rich. Ms Small is very humble, even with her stature in life. Hope to work with you Ma'am Small:)

Hi Yaya! To clean cast iron skillet , after washing with soap, put inside oven 300 degrees to dry for around 7-10 min. Put pan upside down in oven. After putting in oven. Take out to cool then oil the surface before storing to prevent pan from getting rusty.
You don’t wash cast iron with soap.

I think you need to computerize all your pans, glassware etc. Wala po ksi kayong display cases like the one in your ate Alice's house so Hindi ninyo nakikita Kung ano Yung kulang pa. Also, have your orders organize also para Hindi na dodoble. You can ask one of your sons to help you out with this.
