She needs to be ready, and he needs to respect that. At the beginning, you see pictures of "princes", the stereotypical handsome guys that many young girls dream of, and then the frog shows up. If you want to read a bit deeper into it, the princes at the beginning are merely pictures on the faces of other people, meaning that they might not be "princes" underneath those masks (notice that they are "courting" her pretty aggressively), but the frog, which in fairy tales is often a prince that has been turned into a frog, is a real prince, since he (at least at the end) respects her wish to wait for her to be ready. He wants to turn back to a human (become a "prince", the men that young girls like Yeojin dream of), but he puts aside his own needs to wait for her. If you exchange the "turning back into a human" with "kissing" or even something more, it actually sends a message to girls to pick a man that respects you, and to guys to wait for a girl to be ready. It's a pretty nice message. I don't know if I'm reading too much into this.
