Thx for this! Off to race this weekend and the place indeed mounted them incorrectly. Luckily, got my Weaver set 2 wks ago and we're all good now.

It happens more often than you'd think. Most people have no idea! Weaver was good, but I've swapped it out for a Twin Busch which is a lot better..but also one of worst companies I've ever purchased anything from

What if im running a pair in the rear? Is this just so that you know which are fronts and which are rears?
