Instead Hello Carmrads now it's Hello Vulcans
🖖😁
Misha, your channel mk2 is becoming more and more interesting. Congratulations for the vulcan team
It’s sad that I saw the back and went “oh that looks like a Lotus chassis!”
“Opel Speedster!”
Same thing 😂
Love the Speedster and more videos about Vulcan Alpha
Misha what you guys are doing and showcasing here from a content perspective is so nice since it is done with such a high level of perfection and being able to follow the builds and the final roll out is much more engaging
I'm really enjoying the content on this second channel, looking forward to seeing the speedster development.
Yessss the Speedy is backkkk!!!!! Love to see updates 🤩
Hey Misha, amazing what you two are doing with VulcanAlpha. You both are really inspiring me and I'm currently an Automotive student in the Netherlands and would love to do these kind of things as my job in the future!
keep up the great work
Can't wait to see the kit for the M2 👌
Coming!
Inderdaad Robin ! ❤
At 10:50 I finally saw Lapo’s full name!
cant wait to see what cool parts you guys create!!
Awesome to see stuff coming together and Vulcan Alpha coming to life! Can’t wait to see more happening!
Seems like a dream job! It would be awesome if that transforms into a worldwide known company and you can 100% live off this! If... I mean WHEN I will be able to afford some heavy modifications for my car you will 100% be my first go to!
The possibilities are endless. Very good stuff! Can't wait to see more.
Very excited to see what your company will be engineering next 👍
Amazing work!
Can’t wait to see more ❤
Great. Thanks Misha. Now you made me wanna have a Vulcan Speedster too LOL.
Always welcome haha
Yay Saab!! I have the same motor in my car. Good to see it's potential?!?!
Very nice! You can install a temperature sensor in the duct to test it
Amazing stuff guys! Greetings from a Speedster Turbo owner.
It'd be cool to see some of your parts on Jimmy's time attack MX-5. Been enjoying the content. Best of luck.
I’m definitely really interested in seeing what you guys come up with for the M2. I have an M2CS and love it but I think there are a few things they left out.
This is really cool!
Looks great. If you're not planning it already maybe fix some thermocouples on the duct and log the temperature it gets to
Really excited at the work you guys are doing with Vulcan and would love to see you try high temp Nylon+CF filament and PEEK Carbon Fiber Filament they are extremely heat resistant and some filament require heat treatment to be at it's best form
Good video
He’s the reason I’m working on my own aero for my mx5 and thinking about a drs/air brake system
Would love more in-depth video on your offerings for the F87 M2/M2C!
I like watching it all grow. You should also think about slightly older cars - I would love to see some areo kits for the Golf mk6 or S3 !!
I got it for the intro just say
"Welcome to V A"🙂
You guys probably know about the 3D printed Lamborghini Aventador
(lasersterling), some of his latest videos discusses 3D printed parts
and carbon fiber skinning the parts.
Exciting. Now it’s just a wind-tunnel you’re missing.
Just need a few mil lol
@@mgcharoudin one day 😊
it's cool that a company excited because of a little car
Hey Misha, maybe it would be insightful to get sensors all over the car, for example temperature sensors on the cooling unit and airflow/ airspeed sensors around certain part of the car to get an idea of how well aero part are functioning and such
Dit zijn de dingen die we willen zien en weten van Vulcan-Alpha.
These are really exciting times, Do you have any details on the speedster aero-floor. I have a speedster with an engine swapped to a longitudinally mounted engine rs4 b5. the upgraded floor would be amazing.
M2 Kit +1!! Mine is my daily driver though... for now
tüv e36 parts for tracktools would be nice tbh
That cylinder head cover plus the coils cover look familiar.
Saab engine! That is badass! 🫡
when are we gonna see more of the s13 chassis??
good video
I love what you guys are doing, I run the same seat but in a black finish without the carbon, just a heads up the carbon is just the top layer and the seat is not fully carbon. you wont be disappointed though they are very comfortable both on long road trip and for track work. I hope you dont mind me asking a technical question, do I need to worry about TUV in my modified 1989 Carbon Reliant Scimitar? I paid my fist visit to the ring last year travelling in the orange Reliant Kitten you drove and I didnt see any inspections taking place and we were not stopped once but I am seeing some social media posts suggesting they are taking place but it mostly seems to be newer stuff?
If your car is not on German plates and does not form any danger to others (sharp parts, shit brakes etc), then you are alright
@@mgcharoudin2 thankyou
Hey, are you planning on producing the Calibers and Disks in house or/and from where do you get from atm?
Also I think for the Intro just saying Welcome back to Vulcan Alpha is enough.
No we won't, we don't have the capacity for it
It'll be dope when you can 3d print metals and make stuff like rods and pistons.
Who is producing the brake calipers and rotors?
Anyone interested to work on an unsprung downforce floor? Could be static or fan driven. Allows for softer suspension with big downfoce.
The chassis is connected normally to the suspension, but the extra floor is mounted straight to the wheel uprights or close to the upright on the suspension arms, the extra floor does not touch the chassis through a stiff interface, only electrics and a flexible air hose.
The fan downforce negates most of the disadvantage if the chassis needs to be run a bit higher. Look at McMurtry Speirling, but have that downforce go to the wheel uprights, not th rest of the car. There will be unsprung weight, but it's pressed down HARD by downforce. The extra floor can/must have flex, making the unsprung mass a bit "self sprung". Of course we start in RC scale.
Cool then we can go by you and get brake upgraded before we drive the nürburgring
Yess
Nice
onr question misha, would you be doing 3d scans to port cars into assetto? I would love to have my smart roadster into AC, greetings from spain
It is possible, but an expensive trick
I'm actually curious, have you consider laser engraving on the caliper to make the logo? 🤔
Yes 😊
Would you recommend your products for owners running cars in in hot countries where temps in different places within a cars structure could easily get well above 120 F ... and not necessarily get air flow. Like in an engine bay.
I don't think Europeans use Fahrenheit, I think they were talking about degrees centigrade
@@haydo8373 this
Does anyone know, how much power the original Z22SE Engine was making with the supercharger before the B swap?
260hp, then you need to upgrade rods and pistons
@@lapocorenichCheers for the info. 👍
That's not too bad considering the Stock Z22SE is only 150BHP.
Any chance to get Endless pads with TüV? :)
Ehhh no lol
❤
What's tuf? It was mentioned a couple of times but I've never heard of it other than tuf gaming, asus 😅
Its the "company" that basically homologate every single car part in germany... No tuv compliance, you're basically illegal, and if Police stops you, you're in huge trouble
TÜV (Technischer Überwachungsverein) is the authority that inspects vehicles, elevators and many other things in Germany.
@@SPProduction02 ah right, ok, it's obviously called differently where I live but I get what you mean
is it possible to visit u in summer im from slovenia and do a lap as a passenger in a car..or even u as coach/passenger ? (in your rented car )
Visit yes. Everything else no
finally, more fps
What is the meaning of Vulcan Alpha
He covered it in a previous video, basically volcano + powerful. I think the nb ring is in volcanic area
People don’t know about this channel? Wtf I’m commenting on main channel every time now on
Mr Spock would be proud 😂 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
The MOST EXPENSIVE Lap of My Life and no lap? :-/
vulcan lovers = vulcaniers? 🥰
😂😂😂 Ihr wolltet doch nichts für den Opel Speedster machen. 😂😂😂
K swap the opel speedster
Most likely
Those hexagonal reflections really are distracting.
the way you wave the camera around gives me motion sickness .. I can't watch ..
Sorry, too much excitement
Honestly, it's not my thing, but, I would do the unwrapping as a separate 5 minute video and post it as an unboxing/ unwrapping video... I've seen some random crap being unboxed in my feed with over a million views .... gotta be worth a try 😂 get one of the M's in the office to do your unboxing videos ... bound to get a couple more views as well 👍👍
What's the thought process with the oil cooler being directly in front of the rear wheel, is there not potential for damage, or is there an inner arch and some sort of exit ducting to go in somewhere?
Arch is going back next week
