As somebody who's still learning but also at a decent skill level now, I've found that I wasn't improving unless I was consciously trying new movements/tricks and putting myself in different scenarios. I think it's easy to fall in a comfort trap when you start and learn the basic moves. I've also found that if I practice for a while and can't seem to nail something, I'll take a day or two break (from that specific move) and when I come back to it, I usually get it. Sometimes you need to let off some adrenaline or anger and come back with a clear mind! Just my experience so far. Still have a long way to go.
Insane as always. Frickin' fast on them sticks, man! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks man 🙌🏽
Definitely enjoy your flying style.
Thanks man
Awesome as always thanks Vik
Thanks man
Started fpv in March. Full acro first of June. Just stumbled across your videos. So much good advice. Thank you so much bro. So many other videos cover it like we all know what us noobs are semi doing. You seem to b breaking it down and has been extremely helpful. Thanks again
Thanks man. Much appreciated. There is a trick playlist on my channel if you want to work on some tricks.
Always a lit session and helpful pointers!!
Thanks man 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Yes bro 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Rippp on 🙌🏽
Great tip, flying regularly makes a huge difference in how fast you can progress. Sick rip with janky props! 🔥
Hahaha thanks man.
Your my inspiration to fly FpV..👏👏🤘
Sick flying, Vik!!! 😃

Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks man. You too man

I agree on that I wish I had the time to fly but I have to make up a schedule as you said great advice keep up the great work 👍🏽
Thanks man 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
You reply to everyone. A lot respect for that ... it's hard to do.. good tip nice rip 😎🤘
Thanks man. I try to especially if there’s a question
Hi, what antenna is your taranis, never seen before, just on your Taranis.
@@StasysFPV he uses a Crossfire diamond antenna.
OUTCAST FPV - ok, thanks.
Great tip man. Def gotta stay consistent. Also... that rip was 🔥🔥
Thanks man. Rip it 🙌🏽
I 110% agree, more time practicing flying improves the skills. Three times a week, for more than 30min, keeps the "rust" away. I had lapsed a month once, an when I finally had the opportunity to go fly I felt like such a noob. Told my self I would not let that happen again. Now after four days without flying I start getting antsy. Picking a time of day is how I stay consistent with meeting my weekly flying schedule. Usually either sunrise or an hour after- sunset an start an hour before. When I keep that in mind it helps get me out at some point of that day. Like today, sunny, no wind, lipos charged, gear packed. Couple hours I'm headed out to dance in some trees.
Same here bro 👊🏽
yes sir, fly frequently. thank you very much for this useful sharing. i love this 🍺
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Great video!
Thanks man
Such a legit, real statement.this has nothing to do with FPV, but if you want to get better put in a consistent effort 💯💕
Thanks man. For sure 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Nice!
Great flying brother 👀📸👍
Thanks man
Be happy days with your lovely baby😍👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 thanks man
Yes stick time is the only way. Simulators do help but nothing beats the real thing. Great flyin btw!!!!!
Thanks man 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Always helpful, thanks for the tips and tricks! Everytime you go up those stairs with the railing, I think of the T-motor carnage!!!!
Thanks man 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
@@VIKFPV You name the time and place, Ill be there. We have to rip some packs soon brother!
Hot flight my guy
Thanks bro
i start my youtube channel you inspire me. keep flying, very nice timing.
Rip it up man
oh...... i am very happy to find you.❤ i thought i am the only one who fly in mode 3...... such a relief ❤
Hello bro, i am from Bangladesh, a country of south east Asia.
Awesome 👌🙏👊🏻🇩🇪
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Yeah buddy ❤❤
Rippppp 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Vik, I find your videos really helpful. I hear your countdown timer in a lot of your videos, could you post something that explains what you've set up here. I fly Kiss with DJI and find it hard to see the OSD voltage and would like something like you use to remind me to come in and land when I'm concentrating so much, cheers
4-8 packs a day for the most part.. ADDICTED
Man! that power loop was nuuuts lol
Best in the business.
Thanks man. Love your tag name haha
Dude, your amazing. It sounds weard, but im only watching your vids because of your flight skill.
Thanks man. 🙌🏽 I appreciate it bro
Nice one 👌
Thanks man 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Yeahhh! Rubbing session 😍 LEVEL UP💯💪
Thanks man 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
Nice flying :-)
You're by far the best and underrated freestyle pilot I've seen here in youtube!! What camera are you using?
Thanks man
My man 🦅
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Man that flying was siiiiiiicccc! ✌🏻😎
Thanks bro
VIK FPV should have said I especially love the transition from split s to yaw shhhhpiiin at 3:09 and then into a casual cruise lol smashed it 🔥
Thanks man. Much appreciated bro
Smooth
Thanks rob
With the exception of days where I am waiting on parts to fix my quads, I fly every day. Then usually when I have nothing to fly it's a beautiful day. Then I get the parts and it rains.
Yeah same here
I like that spot, every time I see you ripping here, I want to see you barrel roll each gap on that hand rail up the stairs. I dont know why, it just looks like it would be a tight maneuver and a fun clip to watch. Lol
I’ll do
It next
Time lol hahaha
Nice pack ! 💯🔥🙃👍
Thanks man
Man! I upgraded my gear and didn't fly for 4months because of the quarantine now I feel like a noob with the Tango 2 , the grab is different and my tricks are like rusty... but my lines are smoothest...😊 I also change from thumbs to pinch.... I feel it coming.....🔪😁 🔥🔥🔥
Always found good motivation here!
Cheers
Rip one for me bro
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
That power loop at 2:49 was flippin' insane!
Thanks man
Wow Vik. Sick rips as always man. So I try my damndest to commit myself to 3 or 4 packs a day during lunch. Thanks for that advice. A friend that I fly with also gives awesome advice... (thanks @opnekryan).
Please shed more light on thre importance on changing props. And how would one know that he/she has a prop that truly works for them? By the way the kwad responds to your flying style? I guess I want to know how does one know that their kwad is truly tunned properly. Thanks homie. You are so dope and humble man. Thanks for everything you do for the love of the hobby.
Thanks man. For prop choice I usually say try as many as possible see what works for your setup. Everyone setup is different and they go after different styles of flying. All personal preference but I would keep weight in mind as you chose. Tune does matter but now a days default tunes are pretty good.
Yea, I noticed that your throttle friction strap is really "sticky" and you have to fight it to move it (I bet it feels horrible). That happened to my current X-lite, and my previous Spektrum DX7 and DX8. What I always do, is take the metal friction strap off, mirror polish the metal strap in the area that contacts the plastic, with a dremel tool and buffing felt with either a little metal polish, or some buffing rouge. After buffing, I always lube the back of the metal strap with a little moly grease, but any petroleum grease will work (don't use silicone grease as silicone is a squeeky lube on plastic), and I usually never have to mess with it again. Even after 300+ simulator hours on my x-lite, my throttle hasn't gotten even the slightest sticky or notchy again, and mine was pretty bad before I fixed it.
Oh I adjusted it to feel like that because I have big hands and fly thumbs hard.
Dang💥💥
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Excellent flight, as always 💣💣 a question, do you use the softer or firmer sticks?
Firmer since I fly thumbs and am harder on my sticks
@@VIKFPV great! mine are very soft, I'm having difficulties because they are very sensitive. I will regulate
🔥🔥🔥🔥
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
„Live free & fly!“ 🤓😉😘
Rippppp
Nice.
Thanks man 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
Can i ask you where do you got that session mount from?
And is this one with a tbs nd filter slot?
I am searching for a good session mount that doesnt have the props in view but i can not find one that not have props in view.
Thanks in advance!!
It’s from BMC and it’s adjustable so you can change the angle to make sure props aren’t in view. Yes it’s a tbs Nd 98 filter.
@@VIKFPV wow Ive never used above a 32... Didnt know they went that high 🤣🤣🤣🤣👊👊😎
Hi,What company would you advise to buy nd filters for session 5?
Tbs
Fly as much as possible, change props, and watch red HOTT vids like yours bro!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Inspiration 👊

Pretty slick guy
Thanks Matt
I've got the 45Amp ESC and fettec FC on the way right now for a future build. Does the new Fettec F7 fc have an OSD, or do I need to get it from an OSD board like the KISS V2 I've been using?
Yeah apex osd board or FETTEC osd
@@VIKFPV Thanks! Time to order my third Mr Steele Apex frame lol.
Yes nice WHOOSH,,,,,,,TY
Thanks man
you do the same thing i do!
set a timer and ignore it. COOL!!
Hahah hell yeah
@@VIKFPV how long have you had that radio? i am going on 3 years.

@@VIKFPV one more year and mine will be broke in and I can fly like you. YEA!!
Going to build a fettec rig and f40 Because of you lol and practice...
So good 😊
How long did it take u to learn to fly like that , damn good bro.
I been flying for 4 year now
please make a tutorial video, "how to change mode 3 in a regular mode 2 radio controller." It helps us a great deal.
Thanks in advance❤
Lol, not sure I can fly new props, seems like I crash every prop change. Great rip!
Hahah man same here.
Preach it brother👊👊😎🍻🍻🍻🍻💵🔥💵🔥💵🔥💵🔥
Thanks man 🙌🏽
Are you flying mode 1? It looked like your throttle stick is on the right
Mode 3 opposite of mode 2
Chunky ass props 😅👍🏻
Hahaha 😂
What r u using for osd?
Apex
The million dollar question, Vik, how many times and for how long, on average, do you fly per week?
About 12 per week two times a week
@@VIKFPV thanks bro!
I don’t fly one or two days a week :)
Great tips,tnx :)
It’s a luxury
@@VIKFPV One hour per day everybody can take time to enjoy this awesome hobby....i think... :)
Sweet man. Barely made it on that power loop? LOL
Hahahha more exciting
Get out of my head. I was thinking of making a series for newer pilots, and my first bullet was consistent flying lol
Yes, please do. Subbed.
HELL YEAH keys
Make it!
Wooow mirrored mode
Does anyone knows that we never see mr steele crash 😆 the best in beast mode
Slump Boi rippppp on
Review your own footage also! Helps to see where to improve
He’ll yeah. That’s a good one
Man that center stick is clinky...LOL
Hell yeah lol need to butter it up
@@VIKFPV LOL
4 packs a day 😎
👏👏👏
I have a ??. Have you ever flown with box goggles?
I have never but use what you can afford. I used to use altitudes from fat shark
@@VIKFPV I have only ever used box goggles and I would like to know if there is a true visual difference and what that might be.
😱💪👍👀🇭🇷
Ripppp on
Don't be a prop snob! 😄 😆
Haha haha
Can you please gift me a wizard X 220 with goggles and charger please
Scary powerlines, barely hard to see it.
Always do a walkthrough before you fly. I did one and knew where it was to avoid it
@@VIKFPV Always..... xD
