You can’t sit here and say that Brad Stevens is a better coach for this specific group of guys than Ime or (possibly) someone like Mazulla who is more headstrong, aggressive, and commanding. Brad never held these guys accountable or defined roles. Brad may be a better basketball genius than the others but not a better leader for the group.

One thing stood out to me ,In this age of ego's gone wild , the young man said that when he was head coach in the past that he wasn't ready , fully putting the failure squarely on his shoulders , No excuses.
That tells me nothing most people rise to that level cause their good in politics, what’s he supposed to say it would be foolish to let that side be seen on camera. I’m sure people were saying similar things about the last coach. 😢 now aren’t they. Btw he’s been media coached. Hey good luck to him hope he’s a better man.

Brad is very close with Vogel, I would be shocked if he's not an assistant on the staff by the ASG. Imagine if he got D'Antoni though
