1. Status quo analysis: list sales and costs for each segment - a. Paid entry tickets (Age, Nationality), b. F&B (Cafe, Restaurant), c. Souvenir (Online, Offline)
2. Problems identification: a. set forth revenue equations; b. find drivers that will increase the revenue
3. Solutions suggestion: a. short-term, b. long-term
4. Profitability analysis: a. As-is, b. To-be
The interviewer needs a speech therapy. It would be way better if he stopped mumbling and started speaking.

I did'nt quite understand the calculation of 6 weeks? could someone explain please?
i believe the calculation had some error?
I'm still watching but based on just the 6 weeks alone, its week 1 at 5% and week 2 at 5% = 2 weeks x 3 exhibitions per year = 6 weeks in total
The best way is to calculate per exhibition then multiply the profit *3
Her communication is difficult to follow, might be useful to show some calculations on the screen as well so viewers can follow along
interviewer's accent is very difficult to understand, seem gibberish. both the interviewer and interviewee were equally bad and seemed confused
