First of all the pricing for this newly developed housing is ridiculous for simply a 2bedroom, I do not know weed NHT smoke but whenever they agree on this is affordable for the second class majority I see they will continue to exploit Jamaica and we shall never escape the rate run race
Building materials have almost quadrupled so prices will continue to go up
You will never see these prices again at this point 13.9 is a steal

I can't believe I watched the entire time laps of the journey 😅 I know all those roads leading there having come from Mandeville. I'm sure it will be a great video and coverage of the area.. haven't started watching as yet but I did go to look an and unfinished one in Mandeville yesterday with my wife and the size breaks my heart.. Don't think I will be able to fit all we currently have in the rental there. Hoping for a change in size and to match an affordable price will come soon!

They are starter homes. They are not meant to be fancy. The owners will do the necessary additions and makes it their dream homes.
There are board homes in other Caribbean islands that's the same size for 1 million USA.

Is it so hard to ask for the bedrooms to be a little bigger? If you look at the layout of the front room it was wrong. The window should be centred behind the bed but that's not possible cause there's no space.

How much is it in America dollars? I got my answer. About 90,000. That's alot for something that small
Have to remember it cones with a decent land size ( close to or bigger most gated communities) and land in Manchester is not cheap
Big land space and nice touch with the back balcony but they could at least add an extra foot length and width-wise .... but I know they would say can be done but would increase cost.
