This is great! I was looking for a good glue tutorial everywhere and really glad u made one!
I really appreciate you taking your time to do this tutorial for us. It is very helpful. ❤
Thank you so much for all of these amazing and clear tutorials ❤
Your tutorials are god tier!! Thank you!!
Amazing as always!
Yoshino thank you so much for your tutorials!! You save me so much stress with your explanations🥺
Best glue tutorial 😆
Thank you so much! I've avoided glue so much HAHA but this one made it really simple for me
Glue is essential!!! Expecially if you have elements that move with different parameters!
This way, it adjusts itself and you don't have to make a new deformer to adjust everything

Yoshino I love you- I've been stuck with this exact thing for some days- thank youu
This absolutely mind blown... What kind on fairies technique is this TT i have no idea that we could have such a symmetrical mesh like that easily ~ your way literally will save so much of my time in the future .. thanks for sharing
Omg Thankyou so much ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I have been looking for this everywhere 🥺
YW! Yeah there was no tutorial really for this so i thought of making it ♥
i wish i could subscribe to you twice, youre such a blessing!! thank you for your tutorials~
thankyou~
this tutorial really save me a lot a time on rigging leg
Thank you so much, you are so kind, beautiful, skilled and talented 😭
I love ur tutorials they are so helpful and sweet!
Great tutorial, Thank you yoshino :3
thank you so much for all your tutorials !!
You're welcome 💖 And thanks to you for supporting my channel!
You are amazing! Thank you so much for sharing!
I have been thinking for a long time how to tilt the body back and forth. It seems like the head should increase and decrease (perspective and all that), but it does not want to work correctly if there are rotation deformers. Sorry for my English
Oh man…Blue-Chan might have to be my new waifu 🥵
love the tutorial, if I ever decide to try rigging myself I’m definitely coming back to learn from Sensei Yoshino 💙
Very helpful info no the glue ty!
what i like about your tutorial you always give us a shotcut to everything

Ah, thank you so much! I finally understand how glue works!
Happy to help! Stay tuned for more tutorials 💖
You are singlehandedly giving my dream a purpose ALAMADRE ESTAS HERMOSA
What the heck she's so talented
I wanna do this hip sway if I can
Finally, the future of vtubing.
Your tutorials are all so amazing! they have helped me understand rigging way better then the program tries to teach you. I have question tho, where would you connect hip z in vtube studio?
Hello! This is your aesthetic personal choice! I usually connect it to Angle X or Angle Z in a Vtube Studio new parameter, depending on which one looks cuter ^_^ just test them
Thaaaaaanksss
thank yuu
Hi this is just like something you shoud maybe do like a tutorial for the arm sway from the biggining when you moved the model the arms swayed really cool but its up to you and thank you for replying to me and for this amazing tutorial i finally know how to use glue😆😆
time to continue my rigging !!!
Ganbare!!!
i love you, i love you YoshinoArt, i love you
💖
Zero two YoshiREE and also nice hipsway YoshiTap
Love this! My models usually have different looking legs though so I am having to guess an a lot for rigging the Right side leg and hip. Any tips?
Hello! You can follow the same process, but after flipping the deformers you delete the leg copypasted and move the different leg in the deformers instead!
@@YoshinoArt oh! Thank you so much for this tip, Yoshino-san! I try to just make each leg on their own but it is not quite symmetrical. I will try what you recommended! :D
hey, i love your videos and am learning a lot and really fast thanks to you. however i have a small problem. how to insert the hip swing in VtubeStudio? I would appreciate an answer.
Do you put a full rig into these rotators or do you put the rotators somewhere in the full rig hierarchy?
When doing this and working with clothing on top of the body mesh how does that work? Especially for clothes that hang further off the model like a baggy sock or strap? Do the clothes get glued to the leg mesh? or is it done differently? I apologize for so many questions, I'm still learning a lot! Your tutorials have been super helpful!
You'd use glue for specific cases, usually what you do is just create a new deformer containing your clothing piece and rig it to follow the Hips movement (by keying it in the HipsZ and Y parameters)
I didnt see the link to the other video you mentioned, would love to know what video that was! :)
Here is his channel! He posts the full rigging process of his models czcams.com/users/hatyati
@@YoshinoArt Thank you so much!!!
...do you have any ideas on what would help the foot jittering if extended interpolation doesn't work?
Seconded... (did you ever figure it out?)
can you do one for thigh physics? i cannot find one anywhere to explain how to get good jiggles QAQ
Great tutorial, but how do i get vtubestudio to actually use the hips?
I have a vtuber model with sleeves like kinda short one and I need help do I separate the sleeves then the arm and then the hand or do I connect the sleeve to the arm and only separate the hand?
You have to consider that your sleeve will move with physics! So I'd say separate the sleeve ^_^
@@YoshinoArt ok thank youuu!
Hi! I’ve encountered a problem where when I click bind ( 8:20 )the pant texture gets all messed up and majority of the pants disappear, where exactly might I have gone wrong?
This has never happened to me o_o are you using the new 4.2 alpha version? Its still a bit buggy, but soon the official one should come out
@@YoshinoArt I don’t think I am, I can’t check right now because I’m having issues trying to export the model where it takes too much memory I think and I still don’t know how to lessen the amount of memory taken
Do you have a hips X and Y? I've done all of your tutorials and you mentioned hips Y before to have a tutorial on it though I can't seem to find it.
I usually only do Hips Z and Hips Y .. i have not made a tutorial on the Y yet tho
@@YoshinoArt thank you for explaining! I'll be looking forward to your tutorial when you get to it, I hope you have a wonderful day/night^^
How could we incorporate this parameter to the all details of the model, like wiggle hair,xyz head, etc ? I have some problems on that part ;3;
I usually just don't! When you export your model in Vtube studio just create a new parameter in there with AngleX as input and Hip Z as output and that's it
@@YoshinoArt Thank you so much, I love your videos TwT
Any idea on how to fix the snapshot feature? It does not let me see it (show/hide button is not working)
Hello! Maybe you outputted it as an image? Scroll all down in your layer section and you might find it! Just delete it from there ^_^ when you click the lil camera with arrow icon, it saves that temporary snapshot into a png in the layers
@@YoshinoArt Yay! Thanks so much for your help! ^-^
15:05 where's the link to the video you mentioned?
Here ~ czcams.com/users/hatyati
Hi! I followed all of your tutorials before this one on a fresh model, but when I go to create a Rotation Deformer, I get the message "Please create an object with the same parent deformer selected." I'm not sure what to do :(
OKAY, I was able to create it itself my setting the parent manually, without selecting any meshes, and then dragging the warps into the the Rotation Deformer.
Hello! I show why that happens and how to solve it here: czcams.com/video/G3E1ifJUvb4/video.html
@@YoshinoArt I see!! Thank you so much for these tutorials, you explain everything perfectly :D
hey, do you know how to remove a glue? i glued two parts together and i realised it was a mistake, but i have no idea how to get rid of it?
Do the same thing you did in the start, but then click "unbind" instead of "bind"
@@YoshinoArt ah tysm! I'd literally figured it out straight after the comment hahah
Does this work for chibis too?
Yeah ^_^
why it doesn't working in vtube studio?.. help me someone......
We worked on new parameters, so you also have to add them in VTS!
Open VTS and scroll down in the parameters section and click on the + to create a new one. Put input Head X and output Hips Z ^_^
May i know harcaci chanel ? ^^
You mean twitch?? Twitch.tv/yoshinoart
@@YoshinoArt you said you got the method from Hacaci, but i am not sure, i cant hear it clearly XD you said it at 15:05

@@YoshinoArt thank you so much ^^
omg~ your vtube block my eyes, and those boot i let me think other things
