Black Box V2 CPU - Insertion sort (16 bytes)

An 8 tick (1.25 Hz) redstone CPU I made in Minecraft. I am using MCHPRS to speed up the redstone ticks per second to make the process faster, and I am using the CPU to perform an insertion sort on a 16 byte array of data.
The RAM addresses 0x00 to 0x0F are mapped to lamp outputs.

not really a mod, he used MCHPRS to start a server he pasted the black box v2 on, where redstone can go 500x faster then normal.
