Heads up, There are two pieces of film protecting the mirror, I can see in your video that you only removed the first layer of protective film, after you remove the second piece of protective film, you will see the mirror is very useful and works as intended. I found that a small flashlight works well in combination with the small mirror.

This is hands down the best trimmer I have had. Very pleased, however....where can find replacement heads?? Any tips would be welcome

I have lost the blade that rotates inside the head, can i get one extra from somewhere?
You didn't remove the plastic from the mirror.
Hugh Somers how can you tell?. I know it was foggy but that could’ve been from touching it. I would think after using it for 2 years he would’ve noticed the plastic strip on it if it even has one.

May i know, because it says vacuum, how does that feature works?
You can't actually feel the suction. The hair mostly (you'll get some loose ones that fly out) accumulates in the top, you take it loose, clean it, and go. Out of all the ones I've had, this model is, IMO, the best.
The top piece keeps flying off!
