If I can live intensely I can go for a ride on the centrifugal force of time not by understanding philosophy but only by using the technology of what is. not the body or not the mind
we cannot transend time using technology or physical material method of science. time is makes these things work in the first place. the only we way can transcend time is by becoming shunya/zero, shiva/nothing, nirgun/propertyless and it's only possible by brahmnirvana, nirvana, moksha, mukti, kaivalya, nirvikalpsamadhi, mahasamadhi, mahaparinirvana etc these are all names of same thing. the observer and the observed must merge. only possible if process of observing becomes zero or no-thing, propertyless. it is merged already at fundamental level we just have to realise it through right knowledge and right meditation technique. it's hard to understand this without understanding of nonduality (adaita vedanta).
What about a yellow submarine and we do the Beatles and we learn about nature like little einsteins and we weave gurus teaching centrifugally in the show
The host has an incomplete idea of space and time as did einstein. If you listen to sudhguru closely it is much more complete understanding. .A person Without experience cannot know the subject and has no chance to explain it without confusion.
