Thank you June, gotta say I’ve woke up at 4am to go to a vlog at 5am and I’ve lost about 8 subscribers through the night ha. Really disappointing when I say I’ve got to cut the vlogs for the good of the channel and my health.

a small idea, am a hobby builder as well now, but I love it when there a construction fixes, so if you can ever observe and comment on where they put stairways and steps, as these are often forgot about or changed while building, or roof extensions as well, just love your walking dialogues k

Just checked out that hotel on Agoda and it’s $10 USD a night that is insane the bargain of the century.
It really looks lavish and being a new Hotel you can’t go wrong.
Was there a few years back and really wondered how they were going to sell all these condos in the fake Italian town they were building but it’s looking good and in 5 to 10 years will be packed .FU WALK is an amazing island on the north and south ends with the billion dollar resorts and amusement parks but like you say the actual down is really not scenic basically a fishing village.
You really should take the record breaking cable car over the ocean there where you are nothing else like it in the world .
Hi mate, the hotel was spot on. I loved Phu Quoc, unfortunately the cable car was under maintenance for a month. I was looking forward to going on that.

I'll get straight down to business.
As I know longer watch mainstream television CZcams is in fact now my only source of news and entertainment with travel in particular being one of my favourite topics of interest.
I estimate there are probably around 40 or so vloggers similar to you but not necessarily as good.
So,
regarding you the presenter, location manager, producer, editor, director of photography and tea boy :) do not change a thing.
However, regarding content, when you do stay in nice interesting places but in very low budget hotels no harm asking to see and show the room, facilities and prices of better hotel options nearby just like you did on this occasion although you did stay there and I must say it looked very nice.
Likewise regarding any night time entertainment which may not be your cup like a crowded noisy bar for example please still show it where you can like in the background or something when you are sitting down for example eating some delicious street food.
To promise to put out any regular content is surely adding unnecessary pressure and could easily have you posting nothing in particular crap just for the sake of it.

Bars and what have you i have a problem with copyright music but I will try to show them from a distance when possible.
hi Rich ,like i said before mate don't get to the stage where you feel like the vlogs are becoming a chore because then the enthusiasm that you have will be lost , you're enthusiasm is what makes this channel so refreshing. As for categorising a new channel to as you say ( food ,markets, hotel prices) absolutely mate great idea. Its only my opinion but id love you to do more vlogs on just riding around when you're looking for content, for me that gives a view of every day life in the countryside and communities, only my thoughts mate, whatever you decide me and my mates that ive introduced to the channel will be watching you all the way. last comment ,what a gaff mate you're staying in now, and you nicked it for that money mate top man,as always onwards and upwards

Hi Richard, sorry I rushed and never I explained myself properly in the vlog I had so much on my mind. The new channel will be solely based on food and markets. There will be nothing taken away from this channel at all. The only difference will be is it won’t be a lot of the same things over and over again. There will still be food but different to the new channel. I will address this while on another vlog in Can Thon. Thanks for your patience I will iron this out mate.

I've been talking to a lady for a few months that lives in DaLat that a friend in Australia introduced me to that lives in DaLat and I will be going there to visit in January , from everything she has told me and what l have researched yeah it seems like a beautiful place, if it's as good as I've heard l hope to live there and get away from the rat race in Australia 🤣😁👍 I'm 59 it's time to retire and kick back 🤣, I'll look forward to seeing your video when you visit DaLat, Cheers and enjoy your travels Richy.

I think I've decided to move there for a year soon and try it out live in a luxury hotel for around $150-$200 a month for a year can't go wrong.
The hotel I've talked to is "Hanoi by night hotel" on the beach ⛱️ 😊

Great stuff richy,i think you're doing the right thing with the channel, if you burn out,then its no vlogs, so yeah 4 a week is good, i agree with you about Pakistan, i know people that have been and not one of them had a bad word to say about the country or the people .

Ive been watching a few indonesia videos and the people look great and country also is amazing , typical organised chaos asian style, Timor looks interesting to with their narrow gauge sugar cane trains, the himalayas looks fantastic to, along with nepal,.but lets not get ahead of ourselves ,.As for phu quoc, it would be an easy trip from BKK,.just watched a myanmar video but its looks grim there, thailand remains my favourite go to destination by far, end of !,.good luck with new formula.

@@ParkinsonRaw I wish i could join you rich but flights are £1000+ mostly and one way £700+ and i'm hoping for the 60/90 day visa waiver to come into play, last time i came in on a 60 day tr visa and got 30 extension and a 45 day extension with border bounce, managed 222 days in all, if they bring 90 days in plus an extension i would be sorted to get my 15 month retirement o visa,.cheers

@@ParkinsonRaw definitely WiFi, as I use a go pro 11 myself and know wife can cause footage to look poor .. but yeah,, when uploading and exporting to CZcams it sometimes loses quality

Bun Ca ,(i asked the boss) is vermicelli noodles (Bun) with fish Ca . Just a thought, is there any way you could send the raw footage to a mate in the UK ( when you have fast internet )and they edit it and upload it to CZcams, giving you more time to travel and research your trip? Because it doesn't really matter if you are a few days behind as long you are consistent.
Thanks mate, I’ve had a few good traditional Vietnamese dishes in the last few days. Eating vermicelli noodles with these teeth is a ball ache haha. Nah tbh people back home already worked to the bone I wouldn’t like to ask.
I think four days a week will work well so I’m not digging for content. Some places it’s just not possible, it’s being too long now. Good idea though mate. I’m not going to limit it to short vlogs through the week I’ve reconsidered that. All vlogs will be 40-60mins depending on locations etc hopefully. Cramming in more to each vlog I think will make it a better viewing experience.

i tried to find the correct pronunciation of Phu Quoc - it came back with Feuw (as in fued) Quock (as in Cock), hope that helps, someone will correct it no doubt.😁 i noticed there are golf courses on PQ Island. That will make me happy - bashing balls around, we call it "Wack F-ck" because you hit the ball and swear because it goes wayward into the never-never..
