I have an FX20 and the sliders are good to watch. Unfortunately, half of mine are not working :( have to move them manually. The keyboard feel is superb on this organ.
These were absolutely FM apart from the drums which were PCM. Nothing like the B series I'm afraid. I owned a B20/R and a C55. Anything starting with an F such as FE, FS, FX are FM.
The difference is the FS/FX is mainly build up on like 10+ DX21. Some of the sounds is made of multi 4 op. FM sounds panned out in a 5 channel sound system with Seperate 2 channel Tremolo system, Center channel and stereo channels for the Corus and Symphonic BBD effects. It was a combi of Digital sound generation and classic Analog Effects. I had the FS70. Wonderfull organ. Only thing that bugged me was, our mobile phones in Europe had the tendency to make blips in the Tonegenerators ech time they comunicated with the network 😄

Apart from the FX20 Peter Baartmans also uses a MC600 Electone, a DX7 synthesizer and a RX11 drum machine on this album.

That would explain the drums sounding nothing like the FX20 drums.
@@edwardjenkins5421 You can also hear the 6 operator Tines EP. They were not as bright and clear with the 4 operator engines of the Organ

I remember the FX20 when introduced retailing at 12,500 pounds. A truly magnificent organ and the motorised sliders were quite novel.
