Which is sad because she deserves it she's a great performer one of the best performers ever and she does have a great voice she shot to fame because of her voice went on Star search one side her Star search Mickey mouse club you know she sings good she performs good people say her voice is changed that's because the producers and management and record label wanted her to have a more high-pitched as they say baby voice because they thought that would be more commercially successful. So her voice has changed but she does have an incredible voice and she does write good music she even has written music under a pen name and she doesn't get enough credit hopefully one day she'll get all the credit she deserves so one more Grammys and be renowned as the Queen of Pop

I’ve always wondered why she slayed the vocals on SNL and not so good during her Onyx world tour and it has to be because she had already been dancing for 1 hour and 10 minutes before singing Everytime on tour, that’s all I can come up with cos her vocals are PERFECT here.
You can hear a huge difference in her chest voice and falsetto: 0:20 chest 0:33 falsetto Her chest voice is very powerful and she can belt, but the people in control of her career either wouldn't let her sing naturally or manipulated her into believing her real voice was too 'deep and manly' for the image they wanted her to portray. She's not a soprano, so she clearly doesn't have as much pitch control when going into the higher notes in falsetto rather than chest voice. It's really f:(ked up what the music industry, sadly even her own parents, did to her.

Listen. I’m just gonna say it. We all love Britney. But her singing is breathy, pitchy and her runs aren’t that smooth. This is a beautiful song and she does a lovely rendition here. However, If she was a great vocalist, people wouldn’t have to defend her so much.

Britney has mentioned in earlier interviews that she was asked to sing in that style. It would help her voice be more distinctive.
