Installation of new LASFIT Led headlight bulbs and turn signals for the mqb 18+ vw tiguan. low beam. www.lasfit.com... high beam. www.lasfit.com... turn signal. www.lasfit.com...
Thank you for the video, I'm still having trouble getting them in and now even getting the factory halogens back in, but your video was the most detailed by far
I made my own HID conversion for my SE R line. I purchased the bulb adapter/holders and used a plastic resin to mate the holder with the H7 bulb. Modified the wing dimples (The ones I received were a little too pronounced) Set of H7 4000k, canbus cancellers, and ballasts. Works like a charm. I will say, VW design for their own bulb adapter is stupid. As if the bulbs we have been buying forever, aren't made to twist in and out.
After reviewed your video I have purchased the kit and installed on my Tiguan, the only problem I'm having seems the light was so bright and some of the other drivers were flashing me. Did you adjust your aiming after install the LED bulb? Thanks.
Yes make sure your light are adjusted the right way. Chances are they were off before but lights being brighter now makes it worse. I don't have any problems with people flashing me now
I’m having the same exact problem. So irritating. Can’t VW just use a normal 9005 that we can just twist in and we’re done. They have to be all complicated with this extra clip that’s needed that’s aftermarket and isn’t an EXACT fit and one of my clips I can’t get secured in behind that little screw.
If you are experiencing issues with the flaps not locking in, take the bulb out and push up the flaps a little bit towards the led end. The flaps are springy
I bought the same Lasfit Pro MB2 LED lights for my 2021 Tiguan SE R-Line Black and on the passenger side light, I cannot get one of the clips from the custom clip to latch onto the screw. Now my beam pattern is all messed up. I should have just left them alone. Drives me crazy. Now I have to readjust the beam pattern because I was knocking the thing inside the reflector housing trying to get the damn connector to clip 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
So I broke the main big clip off the turn signal bulb trying to get it out. The signal bulb is still in the housing. I don't think I can take the bumper off to remove the headlights. Do you think I can put the main big clip on or do you think I have to pull out the bulb?
Lights are great. Super bright and fit perfect and no problems at all. I have this lights on my other cars for many years now with no problems. Best lights ever
Very similar at projector beam pattern. Bulbs have cut off build in them so the light doesn't just go everywhere. These bulbs are awesome im telling you
That was a lot of work you did to provide a better view and explanation. Gracias hermano!
Man this is the most useful video on bulb replacement i have seen Thank You!
So kind of you to remove the bumper to show us full view..You Rock brotha..Thanks so much !!
Thank you for the video, I'm still having trouble getting them in and now even getting the factory halogens back in, but your video was the most detailed by far
Thanks man. You definitely helped out. God forbid anything on a German vehicle be simple. Lol. Love them- but they’re hard to work on.
Thanks for the video man. Gives easier insight into this. Have always delt with many cars but not specifically German cars haha
I really don't think you needed to remove the front end of the car to replace two headlights!

Best video out there...thanks a ton! Worked in a 2020 SE R Line
holy。 Totally different new level
Audi service mode on a VW. Thanks for the vid.
Great explanation man! did you have to install anything additional to avoid CANBUS error? or it never showed up? Thanks in advance!
No errors at all for any of the lights
Thanks for the great video. Can I change the lights without taking out the bumper?
Yes you don't have to take lights or bumper out

concerned about this too

Do you have a video on installing Fog Lights into a Tiguan? I’m concerned w the activation switch possibilities
@@JesusSesteagaCORENUTRITION I was told by the dealer that is not an add on to this vehicle
I’m trying to get mine in by putting them in blind, having trouble getting them to lock! Any tips? In your video I couldn’t quite tell. Thanks!
I show on the video how to lock them and all that super easy
Me too, now I can't can't get the halogen back in :(

Hi just saw your video did you have to plug the ends of the headlight anywhere
Do you have to remove the front bumper to do the assembly or did you do it just to better show the process?
Just did it to show a better view of how to do it
Did you have to install resistors for the blinkers not to hyper flash or was it just as easy as replacing the bulb and they didn’t hyper flash?
No resistors are build in into the bulbs
ls it the same bulb for low and high beam?
Question did you get any codes or did you need to add resistors this this project?
No codes at all
No resistors
Stupid question, I have VW 2015 Beetle. And hate those yellow headlights. Will these fit as well? VW might share same bulbs. No?
No idea
Do you need to remove the plastic for the air to circulate behind the led or did u close it back up
Put the covers back on or you will get moisture inside the lights
How’s the glare?
No glare if you have the buls set right and your head lights align properly
Will these fit a 2021 SE R line? Thanks
Yes
Thanks for the fast response! How about matching fog lights?
@@r2fx yeah they have matching fog lights
@@jeanharry awesome!! Getting them right now!! Thanks
did you need to fully take out the lights to install LED?
No I just did it for the video so you see what you have to do on the back side

Hello i also have a tiguan no fog lights is there a way to add them?
No from dealer

hi! what is the type fro 5:57 lamp???
???
Why is the low beam more than the high one, is the same H7?
Low beam comes with the build in adapter to fit in the low. The high is just universal
Lo/Hi both H7?
Yes both are h7 but low require the adapter I show on the video
Thanks. The fogs are H11 correct?
@@ad78 don't know on the fogs
