The best thing about people Like DuDuL there were so many people who stop uploading stuff long time ago but after hololive wave they got motivated and now they are top of the list.

Been a fan of his since his 2BFP and SBFP days, I’m glad he was able to travel to Canada for their podcast as well, before they dissolved. Back then he made all his animations by himself, not sure if that’s the case now or if he has someone for audio, but the quality of his content keeps elevating with each new release.
It's still kinda surreal to me that it's the same guy.

2 Snacks has been doing animations for the Super Best Friends (Matt, Pat, Woolie, Liam) for quite a bit especially from their podcast back in the day (before they broke off to do their own things).

I just realized how weird it was that 2snacks wasn't part of the Ustabaiz, since Plague and Cranky were. But its funny, the Ustabaiz all have Vtuber models and 2snacks does Hololive animations.

Memories of Phantasm was the name of fanmade anime, and then theres the Lossless Music Collection sitting at 2 terabytes of fanmade music renditions based on ingame BGM tracks at last time I checked it.

@@PEDROGARCIA-qj3gr Probably not, the reason it got built up so big is because it was peak 2010's meme culture. It'll probably have the same impact as any other popular animated show on the internet, but it won't be the titan that it used to be.
Bro, I remember 2snacks from back in the days when they did 2 Best Sisters plays. I loved that series so much, it's so funny seeing Celestia and Luna just screw around playing games, since I was watching MLP:FiM during that time. Even to this day i'm still in the MLP community and are waiting for more content with G5 stuff, it's just so wholesome and funny.
I'm just so glad people are taking about him with Hololive, it's just so nice seeing one of your favorite creator change in a way that is so positive. I honestly might be a patreon of his, it's too tempting.

They stepped up there game with lightening mcqueen. That was a masterpiece. Be nice if you could throw a shout out to some of the other animators in a similar format plus. I love the new scence with hololive voice clips being made into mini animation by the community

I've loved 2Snacks for almost a decade now since his mlp/sbfp animation days, because of him I found SBFP actually. I'm glad he's getting the popularity he deserves these days through the Hololive animations.
The mata nene skit is one I watched with my son and now we do that skit almost every night at bedtime
2snacks is definitely an animation beast. I've watched him since TBFP animations were a thing. But man I don't think there's a single animator more important to Hololive than Walfiee, that man started a movement.
Two/Super Best Friends introduced me to 2Snacks and also to SuperEyepatch Wolf who introduced me to the boys from Trash Tastes Tournament Arc which introduced me to Critikal and Hololive with Mori, which in turn brought me back to 2ManySnacks and became full circle

I remember someone named Alice Magic... Girl's animation is really good. Wondering why they don't hire these guys.
Oh man, Alice Magic's animations are some top tier stuff. Problem is, he has a Preference not a lot of people have. Granted, his stuff is good enough to slightly ignore that for how quality they are. I've always said, the guy knew what he liked and set out to make as much of it as possible. So I give him props.
Though I think that one Actually That Big series is amusing.

If you're gonna do another one of these in the future, I definitely recommend checking out Kanauru, he puts together some really life-like and hilarious 3d animations of Hololive clips/lore.

I first found 2Snacks from the Two Best Sisters Play - Portal 2. Loved the animation
and then there is touhou who made a whole ass fan-made ANIME with studio level of quality. you should give it a try Koe :P it's called Memory of phantasm. 3 hours of animation . FAN animation. ANIME. very funny, i think you should be doing a react of it ^^ and since this is fanmade, and with the creator of Touhou himself opinion about fan stuff, it's all safe!!! PLEASE DO IT!!! i'd SO watch the VOD on twitch ^^ you don't even need past Touhou knowledge to enjoy it fully!

The Touhou fandom would like to say hello. They might have lost some steam over the years but the overwhelming number of creations through the fandom is 2nd to none. But I can easily see Hololive and vtubers in generally getting to that level with how much they are loved.
What makes you think Hololive fandom isn't connected to Touhou fandom? 👀

Elaborate please. Vast majority of fandoms are connected in one way or another. But that doesn't mean they are one and the same, they are still two different fandoms. (Like how a Subway connected to a conveni doesn't mean that Subway itself is a conveni.)
So I'm not entirely sure of what your train of thought was with that question....

@@nekopunchi9793 Yukuri Fubuki is a tiny example. There's a Hololive Bad Apple edit floating around somewhere too. Quite a few Holomems are actually huge Touhou fans too, like Fubuki and Marine, which naturally gathers Touhou fans

Suisei's "hi honey" came from her duolingo stream. She's trying to mimic the voice actress intonation of the conversation and that hi honey popped up, and suisei's way of mimicking just sounds catchy.
I like seeing this whole other crowd discover 2snacks through their off channel... Dude deserves it

The Lightening mcqueen animation is my favourite by far, I mean the stream from which it came from is hilarious but the added "I'm goofy" from Korone. Mwahh chef's kiss.

It's funny. 2Snacks is an animation beast and his vtuber stuff is great but his old SBFP stuff is unbelievably high quality. He pushed the boundaries of independent animations in ways most people can't understand.
All the animators orbiting SBFP were outstanding. Plague of Gripes is pretty well known in the vtuber sphere and his channel is well worth picking through, Volta Bass is an absolute beast with commercial animations, Jordan Welty really knows how to sell a stupid joke, and Cranky Construct made some really clean animations before he imploded.
There was so much talent there.
His work is not only incredibly aesthetic and carefully crafted with milimetric precission, but it also appeals to the cartoonish feeling most of this scenes have when you watch and experience them as a viewer. He captures the essence of the person that is sitting before the screen and nails it. Thanks for existing 2snacks

Nah. The Touhou fans are even crazier. Art, doujin (H and non-H), music, game, animation... it has cooled off in recent years but it's still hella big.
Vtuber fan scene depends on who are there and Genshin is barely a year into its existence- we Touhou fans have been here since the early 2000's, never left, and remaining as crazy dedicated as we have even if there are fewer of us.
See the following: minusT on CZcams, the Take no Hana doujin, the entire Diao Ye Zong / RD-Sounds music on Spotify (seriously, they don't make songs, they make poems with great music), the various Touhou games now on Steam, and just the entire Touhou tag on Pixiv. Even I think it's insane how long and dedicated the fandom has remained.
I love very much the holo animations from Myxo, they're very great and beautiful

I genuinely hadn't heard the audio for the Amongus animation until today... not because I haven't watched the video, but because I somehow turned off the audio from my phone right as the screaming was about to start
2manysnacks is an amazing animator and may be one of the most well known, but there are still countless animators and artists that also deserve as much praise as 2manysnacks does
So I went and did the tier list, before continuing to watch and boy I got to say that made it a lot of fun to see how different we see it and who choose what. And the best thing, I still think Koe's list is perfectly correct even if it is different. Great Vid Koe, hope you will check other animators as well. Like Momonofu EN, Mochimiko_EN, KAI_EN, Tian Nya and of course the legendary Dudul.

5:40 I don't think this is the first "Hi honey" that Susei did. I'm pretty sure that first one is the one that blew everyone's gaskets. Frankly, that was a "Hi Honey" that everyone would like to hear when they're re-united with, you know, their honey.
I think the deal with "hi honey" is when said right it sounds like "i'm horny" and Anny even uses it and it could sound like "i'm anny" but could be heard as any of the above.
I just love that since the girls anime use the anime models, they can very easily Incorporated all content into gags.

I haven't seen this level of Fan engagement and fan contributions since the Golden age of the Brony fandom from 2012 to 2015.
And of course, 2Snacks was part of the Brony fandom, and even helped to shape fan perception of a character. (that part is a bit debatable, but I believe it's true.)
Honestly, Touhou has flat out the best fandom. But yes, Hololive's have alot of motivation.
HoloLive feels like Touhou's spiritual successor, as they have a lot of the same appeal and fan energy.
