So you wouldn't baptize a man in your church in Jesus name, don't make any sense to me??? I'm puzzled, baptism in jesus name is in the bible

It says in the bible i baptiz you in the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit
John baptized in WATER! Jesus baptizes in spirit!! We are BAPTIZED INTO HIM, JESUS!
Water BAPTISM IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR SAVATION!!
