Is a service provided by Acquirers and their Merchants which offers the Cardholder the option of paying in their domestic billing currency when making an overseas transaction.

So can you Answer this .... Mastercard has 3 conversion rate buy rate, sale rate, and mid rate ....what rate will apply at the time of conversion........
