“Please, lay down your weapons and enter the stomach acids.” said the Tyranids diplomat.
Diplomat is a spy that does a lot of talking.
Calmly
This is what happens when tyranids feed on a constant diet of tau water caste.
All consuming insectoid/reptilian killing machines? , sounds like regular politicians and diplomats to me
Thats why the lore was removed, it was dumb as shit made by the devs before wh40k blew up
The terminus decree reads: "Unplug the golden throne, wait for 6 seconds, then plug it in again"
Doo Doo de Doo. Your Emporer requires updates.
"Remove cartridge. Blow in cartridge. Reinsert and power back on."
“Unscrew back panel, use screwdriver to remove and replace the 3 AA batteries. Use paper clip to press the factory reset button.”

I still remember Necron Pariahs
they might be physically Inferior to other Necron soldiers(for being physically squishy humans(with pariah genes) that simply augmented with necron nanotechnology), but they're walking kryptonites for magic users/creatures
Well inferior in that they could not engage in resurrection protocols.
I think Pariahs are probably the most well known of these due to DoW1.
@@cp1cupcake no wonder I can still remember Necron Pariahs(cuz I first got into 40k shortly before 5th edition necrons come out)
The beautiful thing about warhammer 40k is that you could explain the incosistency in the lore with the in universe lore ( vastness of Galaxy cause an outdated or unreliable information, administration outstretch or just vastness of Galaxy and long timespan etc.) Therefore, almost everything can be changed smoothly, you can almost never tell which one is already being retconned or simply didn't appear yet or hiding in the lore because the barrier between them almost didn't exist, the squat or leagus of vottan is an example of this
"nothing is canon, but not everything is true"
@@medramonmasquedecendres2966 Thats literally the opposite of the actual quote
@@medramonmasquedecendres2966 that literally makes no sense how youve phrased it
Or you can just label everything as ‘imperial propaganda’
Luetin09 literally just said this in a recent video on his channel. This comment is definitely stolen because this is the very first time I'm seeing it used outside of a Luetin09 video literally right after Luetin09 said the same thing. The comment isn't even that relevant to the subject matter contained within the video so you had to have posted it solely for the likes instead of actually posting it to just state an opinion or a fact concerning 40K. This comment would have been better suited to have been made for some of the past videos on this channel so the fact that you only just posted it tells me all I need to know.
I can only hope trazyn has Castigator and a Kaiju in his collection.
Considering a kaiju is just a massive creature, he probably has thousands
@@elperronimo nah he definitely would have just 1, I'm pretty sure he's well aware what they're capable of, therefore doesn't want his entire collection to be destroyed by a huge ass monster.
@@vothbetilia4862 Plus, doesn't he have a tendency to only collect a few of each type of creature/lifeform. Like I could see him grabbing a few squads of each type of space marine. But even if he could kidnap all the space wolves for example (he probably can), he wouldn't because he just doesn't need that many of them for his collection. Just a handful of each type is all he needs to represent the whole.
So I could see him keeping a dozen or so Kaiju, but thousands would just be a waste of space for him.
@@Loserstakethebait That and they've got to be pretty expensive to feed.
@@barklordofthesith2997 They’d be frozen in stasis
5:20 Imagine if the Centaurs and White Scars ride to battle with top speed side by side as Mood Kindred
This is why i want GW to let the Demi-Humans to join the Imperium.
Yeah X to doubt on the Grey Knight destroying the super titan STC. Most likely hid it in storage on Titan with other super OP stuff.
They do work for the Inquisition, after all. I wouldn't be surprised if the Inquisition wanted to build a Castigator titan, without the Adeptus Mechanicus' Guidance, so that they could have a Tighter Iron Fist around just about everything, in Order to Enforce their laws, most likely in a Heretical way...
they damaged it, the remains were taken by the Admech by the end of Dark Adeptus
Nobody wants a Man of Iron on steroids. The low level AIs of Imperator class are nasty as it is, an unshackeled AI in a walking doomsday device with a penchant for rebellion is even worse
@@Liminal.Headspace Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think Titans use AI.
From my understanding, the self awareness of the Castigator, or any Imperial Tech in use, comes from its Machine Spirit, which only became a thing after The Mechanicum rose to power. Princeps link to a Titan, on some pacific rim type shit so it stands to reason that 99% of titans aren’t able to do a whole lot without the neural input of a pilot(s)
A Machine Spirit in any practical sense is just a Re-Skin AI. Both can be low or high level, with varying degrees of capabilities. The difference is that The men of Iron, or true Sentient AI were formed by human hands, and at some point, their own self improving/replicating tech. A machine spirit is shaped by the literal belief that a machine has a soul. That’s why Sentient Machine spirits are so rare, the kind of technology needed to produce one is rarely found. The more powerful a machine spirit is, the more demented it tends to be from my experience researching it
@@ianharrison5758 Low level doesn't mean quality, it refers to integration and hardware acces. The Machine Spirit is integral to the machine itself, whatever it maybe. You can't use it without using the AI, but it also can't use the hardware without you.
Castigators are fully autonomous. Sentience itself is irrelevant, the Machine Spirits are clearly sentient to a degree, but they can't act without a human link. AIs in WH40K are also slightly or highly psychic.
The ban on AI in WH40K is deceiving, only fully autonomous AIs were banned. Sentience is a complicated topic, autonomy is very straight forward.
for those interested: the Centaur story is from: Children of the Emperor by Barrington J. Bayley
the kaijus are from Battle of the Archaeosaurs, by Barrington J. Bayley
the Castigator Titan is from Dark Adeptus by Ben Counter
the Kharve are the main antagonist in Lion'el Jonhson - Lord of the First by David Guymer
A zoat diplomat is in Space Marine by Ian Watson.
Could yall imagine if the Tyranids got the titian killing monsters
Wouldn’t mind a Krave returning as a major antagonist who seeks revenge on humanity for making it the last of its species
Imagine if it had the gift of a chaos god
They still exist just are extremely rare and significantly weaker.
Also I agree with what you said about GW never giving the imperium a solid win
tbh it’s annoying at times but tbf it’s also a great part of the appeal:
everything is grim.
everything sucks.
Isn't the plague war a massive w for the imperium? Morty got fucked and has to get disciplined by gpa nurgle. The death guard lost shit loads of Marines and the cauldron of nurgle was Destroyed or something.
@@crandoodledaddy.6243 burned, not straight up destroyed, but yes, it was a big W for the imperium, and so does Indomitus crusade
@@briantarigan7685
Its nice that the imperium atleast got one true W at this point, they definitely needed one.
@@briantarigan7685 I was talking bout the cauldron the priest blew up that kugath was using. But yeah garden got burned some too I forgot that.
7:06 : It would be cool if in the future they retcon this to say that there are more of those kaijus in other planets, and that they were some leftover experiments of the old ones and that they were used in a variety of functions such as war , i would like to see more of those guys .
would be nice if the Exodites ever got new models to include a titan class dino of them
It was the best to exterminatus.
... Imagine if the Tyranids get hold on some of their DNA.
(not to say they don't have Kaiju sized units themselves already)
@@jonumine6250 Even better , everybody in the galaxy is getting that boost of troops for the meat grinder that is 40k , the more the better ( if handled correctly in lore ) .
In fairness, the Old Ones already made Kaiju. They were called the Krork.
2:14 And somehow Valdor is able to create an army of Blanks despite they were supposed to be rare and not easy to find in a grimdark galaxy
Clones
Maybe him getting so many was the reason not enough could be found
In an empire of a million worlds, one in a billion would still equal a ton of them. Eisenhorn starts his own gang of blanks at one point.
As for finding them, I don't know.
They are like 10 people ...cloned into thousands ... and its most likely that blanks are not affected by the cosmic bad luck afflicting the other clone armies created. Because they are not connected to the warp which causes the bad luck to the clones of regular humans.
@@somethinglikethat2176 There is probably a shitton of imperial propaganda along the lines of: "Do you get mild headache when being in a five-meter radius of your newborn child, or can you percive something similarily unusual about it? Report to local Autorities as soon as possible! The Emperor protects!"
The gun on top of your shelf looks like it has erectile dysfunction
4:53
It was two guardsmen scouts who found it, they were made nobles and got a planet. Each.
I have a little suggestion for a video, how/what the modern imperium citizens sees or knows the Horus heresy, since the chaos and chaos corruption isn't something widely know, how they understand the heresy?
Horus would not be seen as a Primarch, maybe a son like commander now called the Arch-heretic for his betrayal of the Emperor and leading traitors during the civil war.
Inquisitor Spinoza remember that in her school, they used to teach that the 9 primarchs were made to fight the 9 devils, through she got the lash for asking "why the Emperor didn't made 100 primarchs, instead of equal number to the devils?"
@@marrvynswillames4975 Yeah, i'm no expert on WH40K but i'm pretty sure that the avg human in the Imperium knows nothing (or very little at best) of the Horus Heresy. I'm not sure how well the Astartes are versed on it as well.
Speaking of weird diplomats, there were Ork diplomats in War of the Beast...
Not that strange considering War of the Beast era Orks were far more intelligent than the Orks nowadays, and that Orks in general have higher sapience than Tyranids.
But, Imagine the 2 of them in One room 🙂
actually I knew a bunch of this lore from watching ABorderPrince. The Kaiju were like Giant Brontos with hella legs. The battle in the book was pretty awesome. I also agree how amazing it would be if the exodite eldar got control of an egg or two and breed them to stomp some Slaaneshi invasion or something.

‘Ill fated back flip’ clip made me burst out laughing. Excellent
Probably not what they have in mind, but in The Foundation series, witch Warhammer draws a lot of inspiration form directly or indirectly, Terminus was the name of the planet that The Foundation was actually on. The Foundation was ment to be a replacement for the collapsing Galactic Empire. Terminus typically meaning the end of something, but usually maps. Aptly on the edge of the Galaxy.
Though if I recall correctly in The Foundation serise 40k would be ancient history.
"Surrender your flesh, we demand it."
Tiranyd diplomat, probably
Back at it again with amazing content, you’re one of the reasons I got into warhammer lore
The grey knights were so dumb to destroy the STC. You’re really gonna deny yourselves the best version of one of your better support platforms all because it can be corrupted??

@@The-Real-JD *angry Mechanicus noises*
It was more about the AI... still dumb because I am sure it could still be operated by regular humans ... if with a lesser effectiveness.
@@MrFallenone but how do they turn the A.I off?
@@lucasbeck1391 well they build it but with out ai, as I understand stc are blue prints. But I guess the mechanics would possibly call the modification heresy to so fuck if I know.
I imagine tyranid diplomacy playing out like the classic "to serve man" twilight zone episode
This is new. I always thought of them as starship trooper arachnids. They don't care about peace talks only total decimation of all other life
i still think the setting despreatly needs some new Xenosfactions, i wouldnt even mind it if we got something equivelant to "Cities of Sigmar", just several races/micro-factions working together
For real you are right, grimdark can kinda fuck off, sometimes good grimdark is having something good just out of reach
You get to see a NPC pariah provide in game dialogue for the Necron base mission from DAWN of war Dark Crusade. Always wondered why that unit was not playable in the game .
Bit out there but i think the Terminus decree is instructions on how to use and the location to an honest to God Time Machine, as in a time machine that uses non warp physics to achieve accurate time travel. Y'know, Valerian and Laureline style.
i love how you made this. then shortly after GW confirms intact STCs that the Votann worship
I don't think I've heard of the Necron Pariah outside of Dawn of War, hope they return one day.
in a certain way, now the Silent King's dynasty got something similar in the tabletop, they have blackstone in their body
That's weird, I thought for sure the necrodermis would grow into the wounds similar to how the nanosuit works in crysis 2. I mean, necrodermis could basically be described as nanomachines, judging by how it becomes a literal disease when eaten by the kroot.
3:24 I've only recently activity started playing the RTS games but I did notice them in dawn of war dark crusade where they are labeled as the newest and best units of the necrons. Was kinda strange since I thought all necrons where ancient beings waking up from their tomb world's only to suddenly see them having new units, makes sense now that I know some of the older lore.
I think the bighest weakness of the imperial titans in war with kaiju was their mobility, if that wasnt a problem they havet a big chanse to win.
I just noticed that the lasgun's barrel in the background is crooked.
needs a blue pill
I have the book with that centaur story in, it's a pretty good little tale.
The one where a demon army goes full Tron is one of my favourites.
Wait, demons on lightbikes!? What's that book?
@@Naptosis well, not quite, they manage to invade a virtual world being used as a training ground.
The book is called Into the Maelstrom, its a collection of short stories.
They should introduce the Rak'Gol as a playable army with Zoats as a sub-species. Bring back Zoats!
I wish GW would bring Tyranid diplomats back. It might actually allow them to have named characters.
Plus, Zoats look pretty cool, and less conventional.
through, no faction got really a reason to do diplomacy with someone whose only objective is eat you, even if the idea is
"this one is too strong for we fight head on", the nids will just avoid for a time before attacking
The only time I’ve come across a Zoat in the lore was way back in the Space Marine books. The squad of Imperial Fists the book followed were deep in a hive ship having straight up murdered everything that so much as moved in their presence so the Zoat was sent to try and talk to them it even said something about even space marines joining them the “Lambs of the emperor” (Lamenters… even the Tyranids talk shit about them).
As it turns out the heart of the Hiveship was in the next “room” so diplomacy was a final attempt to not have the hiveship killed by a group of angry super soldiers.
It actually did ok until one of the marines pointed out that this was the first time anything had talked to them so it was trying to hide something. Then it make a huge mistake and killed that marine who was a close friend of Lysander who was standing next to it and promptly punched its head clean off…. Fun times.
Old One-Eye is sort of a name lol
@@marrvynswillames4975 True. Zoats are probably used prior to the Nids being identified in a given galaxy. Like Zoats would work great to sway people to follow the Nids prior to seeing what the Nids actually are. But once a galaxy becomes aware of them and their motives, the diplomats would just get slaughtered on sight by every race.
Anyway great vid, would love more content about your life outside of warhammer. Always found them super interesting
Fun fact: the Khrave are in fact still around in the 42 Milenioum, in fact their Empire has started expanding in recent years
Say fact again
@@planetside9714 lol I actually didnt realise how many times I putt it in there
@@_NIKOS9_NIKOS There's a "That's what she said!" joke in there somewhere.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Has there been any instances of Primarchs or space marines voicing their opinions on humanity or more specifically the guardsmen they fight besides? I think it would be interesting.
I knew about the Face Parasite from my reading up on Catachan recently. It's creepy, but the Spiker creeps me out the most. If it weren't for the Jungle Fighters, I'd personally want the planet turned to ash!
As an Aussie I'm proud you're representing us ! Into it brother!!!!
The editing on this vidio is really good! I watched one of your vidios from 2 years ago (slowly watching them all) and this is much better.
What do Tyranid diplomats even say? "Join our buffet?"
Did anyone else notice the lasgun in the background at the beginning of the video? I’m surprised he didn’t mention it.
Honestly love lesser known lore. It gives me ideas for possible stories. Working on one where a base of Guardsmen have to deal with a homebrew liquid based xeno that is killing them
Dude The Lion is so incredible lol gotta love that dude
NGL, that backflip was pretty solid considering
weirdly tho, i just read about the necron pariahs in the 2nd cain book yesterday lol
Don't know why but that backflip made me spit my coffee out.
I played Dawn of War as Necrons ... hence I know the Pariahs! My favourite Unit!

Dang! 335k subscribers! I was watching your awesome videos when you were below 100k subs. You are defiantly killing it! Keep going !
Clicking on a majorkill video with a Full plate of Biomass, oh yeah the hive mind is truly blessed
I'm grateful you mentioned sources on a couple of these! I'd really like to know what book/source the kaiju planet is from!
I believe if you look up “Battle of the Archaeosaurs” aborder prince has a video on it.
Guardsman reporting what he saw:
To his CO: yeah that's not worth the time
To Mechanicus: SEND IN THE TITANS, SEND IN FUCKING EVERYTHING WE HAVE
I absolutely love this channel keep it up mk
This was dope thx man
That plant in the background is really growing! Good job with keeping them plants alive
I miss the Zoats. Still have a few minis of them
Just found this channel, used to play a Space Marine army back in the good old days. You are funny as hell my dude, extremely entertaining
Honestly some of your best videos
Here’s hoping that pariahs make a comeback. The idea of humans being accepted into necron society is an interesting concept that I hope GW brings back.
Zoats kinda reminds me of skinnies from starship trooper book. Enslaved by the bugs and used as thralls to help fight in their war.
Speaking of unknown xenon species: did you know there are f*ckin' VAMPIRES in 40k! Seriously, one of them was even done in by Helbrecht in a short story!
Indeed! Actually made a wh40k vampire OC some months ago..cringy perhaps but I like giving the non main xeno’s more attention
Man you are on fire with the uploads
I think malcadors box has an intact STC that will degrade very fast because GW doesn’t like having the imperium win
Not me watching this vid in the shower and then drying my face with a towel as he starts speaking about the face eaters
That backflip killed me
Can you make a video about what the Imperial citizens actually know about the state of the world and what they know/think of the Emperor? I've been wondering for a while
Your apartment is starting to look like Trashy the Incontinent Necron's shed.
Zoats and genestealers cults independent from the hive mind could be great
That backflip better be perfected by now
I still can't get over the fact that MK looks exactly how I imagined him over the sound of his voice xD Keep churning out the good stuff.
it sounds like tyranid diplomacy is basically sending some dudes down to the planet to taste the local wildlife and tell them if it's delicious or not.
Only reason I know about pariahs is them being a pretty cool unit in the Dawn of War games
Tyrannid diplomats?
"Sure you weren't gonna eat all of your skin yourself were you?"
I am just watching this again and thought: "Imagine a Zoat Diplomat talking to an old Ork one..."
Glad there is another one
That flip off the bed… what a fucking legend
Genestealer Cultist: OH MIGHTY ZOAT! BLESS US WITH YOUR WISDOM!
Zoat: *Muffled speaking*
Just in time for lunch at work. Perfect timing as always mk
More of a harbinger than a diplomat, wouldn't he be? "Y'all gon' get ate"
Great thumbnail Major
Terminus decree tells the grey knights how to turn themselves into imperial daemons, a risky but powerful last ditch play.
proper 40k kaiju destroyed?! NOOO! I’ve been keeping count of various megafauna in the lore like the krakens on fenris, or the knock of godzillas on that dinosaur planet. All in the hopes of seeing them fight tyranid bio titans. Somebody jurassic park these assholes! No exterminatus will impede my giant monster ambitions!
Good effort on the backflip hahahaha
Eyeing your staff of light....be glad you're in Australia and not near enough for me to steal it lol
WOW, that's a heck of a collection!
At the very least, Genestealers seem to be a strait upgrade to Zoats.
I believe the mechanicus has a full and entact STC but is keeping it the highest secret .
Technically the Mechanicus have a lot of STCs. The Leman Russ tank for example is a product of a recovered STC. It's not the STCs in and of themselves that are impressive, but what they can make. But given the context of so much technology being lost, even the most mundane STC is considered precious and irreplaceable.
That Lucius pattern no.98 lasgun you got has seen some action lmfao
That backflip though 🤣🤣.
Reading into 40k lore is like going on a treasure hunt in a minefield.
Sometimes you find pure gold: interesting information, great character relationships/interactions, complex plots, etc. my favorite moment in 40k lore is when Malcador choked the shit out of Horus with no effort
Other times, you find landmines. Think anything that Abbadon is involved with
That's a badass lazgun ya got there my man
That would have been cool titans vs kaiju fight pacific rim in warhammer
Seriously though, have the orks revive the God emperor with their mind field
