Food Forest - Finding Fiddleheads

First time foraging for one of my favorite springtime delicacies: Fiddleheads! In between forestry work, I love learning to forage in our beautiful abundant forest. Remember, be vigilant when foraging for wild plants, and always ask an experienced person to help with identification if you're just starting or are unsure.

What does it taste like ?
So glad to see you using real butter and not seed oil based products which are poison.
