Neika Hamm . The Jamaica I knew it never works that way. Most work/ Jobs, were given out on a political basis. To hurry come up political contractors. Who starts the work in their areas of control. Most of the time it never get finished. Or it’s shabby. Taxes fixed uptown roads. Even now the idiots in those places like Mathews Lane and such, still have bad lanes and Roads because no one wants to go do work in those areas. Even Garbage Trucks don’t venture there.
