@@pattyc8942 A couple weeks ago I paid $47 to the UPS store to print a 3' chart so I could show it off to the AFHRA folks! I can now statistically generate "three charts" to see if any given officer falls within / below the first standard deviation for a given rank over a given career time at a given age. PDFs at this point are a certainty and I'm slowly laying out a document roadmap while I continue to search through old history reports for the last 39 generals with incomplete promotion timelines.
