Instead you’ll face off against vayne with basically ghost on, and insane amounts of attack speed constantly poking you down
Nobody plays LT anyway, the lane is dominated by fleet ranged top.

Pta is gonna be aatroxs main rune next patch cause of the changes. Pta will now last untill the fight ends meaning once you get the 3 auto attacks off you will get a damage boost permanently until the enemy till the fight ends
