I can relate to all of that. I'm trying to just tell the Lord about those feelings as soon as they pop up and give them to Him. Just talk to God about everything and ask Him to use it for His glory and your good. He will take your anxiety and turn it into peace. 💜
Get in the word and absorb it keep reading. Read as much as you can when you can and you will start changing to be more like Christ. I had a lot of anger and would even get mad when I’d read the Bible I just kept reading and noticed I started talking and behaving differently. Things didn’t upset me the way they use to. Gods word changes you from the inside out. It’s alive and active and sharper than a double edged sword

I can definitely relate to what you’re going through, especially since I suffer with severe anxiety & depression, plus crazy mood swings and my emotions being all over the place & hard to control….continue to trust God, keep the faith , stay strong , stay positive, keep your head up and Give what your going through to God and he will see & bring you through this, plus heal you from it and whatever you may go through in this life , God bless you & stay safe🙏🏽❤️💫✨

You don’t know me and I don’t know you. You have absolutely no reason to trust what I say to you. Stop waiting. I ran from a man that beat me senseless (all 100 pounds of me). When I ran, I had nothing, no resources, no savings, nowhere to go. But I ran anyway. At the time I did not know God, but looking back at all that happened after, God knew me. He will be with you. 🙏🏻

I left my abusive ex-husband 4 years ago. I spent yrs and yrs praying that God would change him and made me fall into deep depression because I was constantly feeling guilty of wanting to leave. I battled between my thoughts of waiting on God to answer my prayers and being patient. It was until I realized , that when God meant through better or for worse, he did not mean through abuse. Our husbands need to love us like Christ loves the church, therefore I gained strength to leave and left with my head up high knowing I did all that I could to save my marriage. I like what she said about the one common ministry we all share: to be an example in the world. A light in the darkness. Paul said that love is patient and kind. I sometimes think what a transformation we as Christians could make in the world if we would all only commit every day to a simple act of faith : today, I will be patient and kind to everyone I meet.
The word she preaches is full of correct, rebuke and encouragement--with great patience and careful instruction. (2 Timothy3:16)

I felt I made a mistake wasting some time watching some videos on people doing wrong (partly to help myself, to realize the true need for safety & caution). But I don't have time to waste at all right now, & was pleading for help/ healing to not make such mistakes. This Word was awesome because some of the last videos I wasted time on showed a group of 4 corrupt women stealing purses. Pleading for help, this video came up next in my video feed, where Joyce Meyer talks of returning an empty purse accidentally given to her, & about dying to self & not flesh controlled. I'm thankful for God's Way & His goodness & hope & promises & love & Way of mercy & being constructive, not destructive. Praise to God.

must have been 2012 when i saw Joyce on TV 3am AND GOD BLESS HER she is still doing podcasts and tours etc. What an example for so many women to stand up tall and be a Daughter in Christ after such abondment, betrayal, hypocrisy neglect and full horror of a childhood filled with all manner of abuse.
So many many children are treated badly heinously by their own parents. It took me till 55 to realise my whole family were a pedophile ring going back generations. ,God was the only one there to comfort little childre. That's all they have thats kind in their worst moments. In J.M. book, Healing the Soul of a Woman us for this and has a workbook. If you get Spotify premium its all free. I have about 40? books to read on faith now
