I had to take it apart half a dozen times to get it to work like this video. It comes in separate pieces with poor instructions. It does not unfold. Parts are not labeled. Door was pre-install. We had a side panel missing. They sent us an entire new one. To pull the missing side panel out and mail the rest back. Would not recommend. Bought it on Amazon. No support phone number. Had to call Amazon for assistance and Amazon put us in touch with them. Not good.
Hi Tim. We do not sell on Amazon at all, so it's definitely not from Vebo. So I am afraid you bought a cage that looked like ours, but unfortunately not made like ours.
