Many people might confuse this important point raised in the question at 6:04 : p-value is NOT the probability of rejecting the null hypothesis. p-value is a conditional probability-given the null hypothesis is true, it’s the probability of getting a test statistic as extreme or more extreme than the calculated test statistic.
