A Decade To Freedom Agreed! Long hair frames the face nicer, makes it softer. They should have kept it long and styled it; now she has to grow it all back through that awkward stage with it all uneven or keep up on it short.

Anna And the short haircut. You have to go in every few weeks if you want to keep it looking great. It looks great on her but it takes time and money to keep it that way.

Hair you can learn to cut yourself. The blond doesn't have to stay, or if one really wants to, there are plenty of store bought hair dye that costs less than a few jugs of milk.
Exactly, not too much thought went in to actually helping them. So now when she can't afford to maintain her hair she will go buy some box color from the drugstore and ruin her hair. They should have given her something more maintenance/cost friendly. Same for the guy. The people really benefitting are the salon owners who will get clients from this show. Good ole Rachel Ray never fails to make a $$ for herself.
And hers is the kind of haircut that looks good when hair is clean and styled, but awful when unwashed. Not mom friendly.

I agree on the leather jacket. I noticed he had quite a beer belly and they must have put a shaper on him because his mid section seems misshapen and they used the jacket to help cover it up.

JustAroundtheHorizon sometimes when you loose weight you get what's called extra skin... Some people get a LOT of extra skin especially from being that big. My ex had a belly like that even after he lost some weight.

Came across this video looking for other topics and so glad I watched it. I haven't had a TV in eight years and grew tired of daytime TV where fat men were ragging on women. This couple is all about loving each other and that's brilliant.

I love her hair! If y'all didn't notice, she already had an undercut before they cut her hair short. The only thing they did was cut the top and sides and bleached it. The back was shaved already

wow!!! this is so inspiring☺☺my husband and I are on a weightloss journey ourselves to lose 45kg(100lbs) each, we love life and doing fun stuff together but unfortunately, we love eating to..... and we realized if don't do something now we are not going to grow old together and that makes me sad😪we are each other's biggest support system and that helps a lot. it's taking longer than I thought it would, but I'm sure we will get there!!!!

Why is everyone hating the hair? Not everyone has to look the same. I think it's young and fun and it's age appropriate for her. I'm sure the team consulted with her a little at least. Its exactly that, trying to look "different" and ends up looking just like any other "im so different and edgy" woman out there. They always to the same hairstyle when giving people makeovers. There are so many ways you can rock short hair, i dosent have to be this "let me speak to your manager" hair

When you had a short haircut fresh from the salon "I look good and hot" but this type of hair will ONLY AND ONLY look good when you have enough time to prepare yourself before going out. TRUST ME I KNOW! HAHAHA and I regret cutting my hair short because the growing part sucks and I can't go out with a bad hair so I ended up wearing cap/hat or using tons of harpins and hair spray. THIS WAS THE ONLY reason why i was late for work countless times.
