Low MCV and MPV. Ferritin is 115 but hemoglobin continues to get lower. b12 is in the 700s. I’ve been dealing with chronic exhaustion and just want to know what is wrong. 😢
@@hemaloveseating1816 how do you feel physically with these labs? Mine is the same except Hema is 36. All this happened after I lost my large intestine and had to have an Ostomy. I'm told my extreme fatigue is not a result of these numbers which, like I said, is damn near identical to you.
@@hemaloveseating1816 well, you're anemic, that's all these your heme and hemo are telling us at the moment. You dont have your RBC's listed here. Why is the your heme/hemo low is the question.

My MCV AND MCH are low but everything else on the CBC is in normal range. Any ideas?

@@Subfightr fatigue and lack of sleep. Weight gain. Not sure what this levels mean.
