It's pretty normal. If you ever played with multiple friends, sometimes players stay in different calls for most random reasons.

@@-grumpygold1155 i tried it. that 5% is actually a lot. you dont spin that much as before. truth it was very OP as we can see in these videos too. i ofcourse tried it myself prepatch and after patch. difference is significant. you can no longer be pos 1 1v9 carry but you do a biiigass dmg as pos 3 tanky axe

Anyone explain what is the meaning of gulag?
Its from the game Call of duty:warzone, where when you die the first time you are sent to the gulag to fight another player. The winning player gets one more life to play again
It also is the name of some sort of prison during world war in Russia
In this case, Sing and his stack is using "Gulag" as a meme on Necro's Ult since it adds your death timer.

Why manta axe is good? Illusion also proc spin with 100% damage? Illusion agh shard proc spin too? Also, what patch is this? 7.29d or pre axe shard nerf? And why no discord?
Axe illusions deal 100% pure damage, the Shard makes the spin chance go up to 30% (25% after nerf) and also procs on Attacks hence why you see him buy a lot of items that gives Attack Speed. And again this video was streamed pre-nerfed before 7.29d.

Basically a Russian forced labour (aka slavery) camp instilled during WW2 and the tail-end of the Cold War. Basically if you get Necro ulted it'll be like being sent to the gulag as you are dead for a _long_ time.
