help! Why won’t Star War Trilogy load? i’ve tried different versions, API’s and the only Emulator that gets loading is MAME. But then it kicks me out!

Thanks. All the prebuilt versions don't seem to work with my sinden light guns. I'll try this guide.
I don't reccomend rebuilt systems. A lot can go wrong and they aren't personalised.
Hey Jamie. I have older versions of Mame that save Hi Scores. (like mame32 v.85) Does this setup support this? If so, how is accomplished? Thanks.

@@JustJamie1983 Sorry just saw that you replied. Yes, V.85 has a hiscore.dat file. It works really well.
You said retrobat and batocera are different but they are essentially the same thing because they both use emulation station as the backend. As such most of the settings and configuration is pretty much the same...
The difference between the 2 is that retrobat is for windows and batocera is for linux so some of the themes may not work for the other as well as some games work better on one than the other due to the cores being more optimized on 1 than the other, so i guess it doesn't hurt to have both. if you're on a windows pc get retrobat and put batocera on a flash drive and boot from there when needed.

What version of MAME romset should I use for Batocera v39?
Entirely up to you. It has cores for most sets.
Very well expalined . I have aleedy batocera iand had all games insalled and for no reason , when you select a game it cones back tihe list of games or gives an error and you have to come back to the main menu to exit. Any idea what i can do ? I was told i have to install everything. Any help wold be apeciated . Thank you for your time and support.
Hey there, could be a number of reasons.
A). You don't have the correct bios files.
B). The game file extensions aren't correct.
C). The emulator needs setting up.
I can't get bezels to work. It's just black, no matter which one I choose from the decorations menu
Have you downloaded them? Have you turned video to vulkan?

my mame romset work in retrobat 6 but not in batocera v39. the roms appear but not open the game.
