No need to do all that. Cooking it properly takes care of any germs/bacteria. If you do it just for a piece of mind, then gone ahead. I just ain't doing all that shit when 350 degrees will take care of any problems.

This recipe was delicious.... I smoked my wings at 275 though and then again at 325 for another hour to crisp them up. Got the combination of smoke and lemon pepper wet style from the sauce and seasoning. Some of the best wings I've ever had! Thank you for this recipe.
I fried wings for the first time because this video made me feel confident enough to do so, they came out so delicious especially the sauce woooo weeee when my room mate took a bite she said “mmm this sauce!!” Thank you so muchhh! Now I don’t have to go spend a million dollars at wing bars! 😂🥰
