Hey!! I usually sit under the dryer about 20-30 minutes. It really depends on how long my hair is at the time.

I shampoo my hair may be 2-3 times a week. If it looks messy, I usually shampoo it 🤣
Paul Mitchell’s Tea Tree shampoo is really good for dry scalp, as well as Keracare’s dry and itchy scalp shampoo and conditioner.

Relaxing your hair doesn’t make your hair fall off. Over processing your hair and not relaxing properly will though. I always advise viewers so seek out a professional for their chemical services to ensure proper application.
You also have to know how to maintenance your relaxed hair
