The Blade appearance got the biggest reaction in my theater last night, including me screaming! IT WAS EPIC!!! We love you Wesley Snipes!!!

By far, Wesley Snipes returning as Blade was the biggest roar in my theaters, and this movie had a lot of surprises, but that was the biggest one. Shows how Wesley Snipes Blade is so beloved and how the fans still want to see him around.

When Dafne walked out on screen I literally teared up. Logan really hit me that hard that years later all it took was her walking out and I was literally bawling at one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.

@@jase276 apparently, Dafne wanted to attend the movie's premier, but Marvel wouldn't allow it as it would spoil her appearance. So Disney then decided to just reveal her appearance in the final trailer, just so she could attend the premier.

I was kinda surprised to see Wesley Snipes there, but when the big fight happened and he showd a bit of that Blade attitude we remember - he still has it and he's so good in the role. I almost wanted a few more scenes, like bring out the trenchcoat, etc. But I think that's the sweet spot - when it leaves people wanting more.

This is probably the quickest broken silence from a surprise MCU actor appearance! Wesley Snipes' Blade cameo blow my dang mind and was the best cameo in the movie because he was one I was not thinking about since Blade movies were made with New Line Cinema. I would LOVE to see him return in Secret Wars. Honestly, this makes me less care of Ali as Blade because we already have our Blade in the MCU.
Safe to say that Blade’s role
In Deadpool 3 was the biggest reaction in all cinema halls. My theater went nuts when he made his entrance. If they’re smart, they’d capitalize on this and give Wesley snipes the “LOGAN” treatment and give him an old man blade style film. Post apocalyptic vampire setting.

Absolutely correct!! I never expect it. I mean we have Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, the excitement was already through the roof. To see Wesley get so much love makes me so happy.
Fun fact: the original idea for Blade 3 was just that. But the studio didn't want to do it and forced David S. Goyer ended up writing Trinity.

Technically speaking, the Blade movies were not in the MCU.
They're not even retroactively in the MCU in the "....Disney now owns the Fox Marvel characters, so it can retcon all of them into the MCU" way, because the Blade movies were produced by Newline Cinemas which were a WB production studio at the time owned by Warner Brothers (...which would actually mean that Blade is actually closer to th DCU than to Marvel, despite being a Marvel character and IP).

I was totally not expecting to see Blade. That cameo was a true wtf moments, really cool.
I was so happy to see all the characters, they weren't just cameos but characters. But seeing Wesly Snipe... just wow. really happy to see him. His first blade movie was totally s cary and fun.
Today I watched "Deadpool and Wolverine" and I can proudly say that I've never been satisfied watching a superhero movie for quite a while 😍🔥🔥🔥❤️🥰🤩 . This movie 🍿 has Lots of Interesting Cameos 🔥❤️ that I thought I would see like Wesley Snipes' Blade , Electra , Gambit , Chris Evans as Fantastic 4 and OMG Henry Cavill as Wolverine 🔥🔥😲 who could have ever imagined that 🔥❤️🥰 and Most Importantly I mean really from my bottom of my heart Introduction of Laura ( X-23) 🔥🔥😍❤️ . I was really touched by her performance in "Logan" movie it was so emotional 😭 I really cried at the end of that movie . But keeping that aside Dafne keen's performance was also awesome 😍 . And Lastly I would like to congratulate Ryan sir and Hugh sir for giving us fans such an outstanding movie . You both are made for each other 🔥🔥🔥 . I want to see more "Deadpool and Wolverine" movies in the future because they can't exist alone 🔥🥰❤️ . Once again thank you for giving us this Action-Packed , Comedic and Nostalgic Movie ❤️🥰🔥
Blade is my favorite super hero of all time. Thank God for Ryan’s loyalty to Wesley. Unfortunately it got spoiled for me which I’d do anything to not have known - but I had to go see it opening night. When he came out I couldn’t hear other peoples reactions because I was screaming so loud. Ultra Zorz.
The theatre lost it seeing Wesley Snipes on screen, the biggest scream in the entire movie.
This was more than I could've hoped for.. D&W is the greatest thing marvel has done in years! I'm so glad they got a legit R rating and used EVERY chance to make it so. Extraordinary 💯

@@danielhead8123 I think that's the problem they were having. I think the best idea is to bring old blade into his variants universe (Ali) which is also the sacred timeline to train him and get him ready for a major threat. That would be better than training a random daughter.

@@miguelh4750 I don't know about diva as much as Brown has a considerably more visible public persona. Brown also has about double the number of acting credits in the same time span, as well as starting to branch out into Producer (for films in which she also cast herself as the lead role...)
Although she does more fashion/model work, Dafne is much more selective of her acting projects, and seems to keep her personal life much more private.
Personally, I think Dafne is the better actress of the two, and I'd rather see her continue to fly somewhat under the radar.
BLADE is getting the most love and its high time Wesley snipes was acknowledged for his legacy as a pioneer in the comic book film genre.... plus it's BLADE!!!

I wish there had been more of her in this one, but I do love how she's one of the only characters that was NOT used as setup for jokes. Even Wade treated Laura very seriously, and I think think that really helped lend weight to the little screen time she had.

I think people are missing the point. At the end of the movie, Deadpool is granted the return of his "friends" in the void.
So it could be a send-off for them and also new beginnings for some.
I have a feeling it's a mutual send-off on behalf Elektra, but the possibility for the return of Blade, Gambit, and X-23 are pretty good if there's a good amount of hype.

Dafne Keen is absolutely stunning. What a great young actress she's grown into. What she's said about Hugh is such a testament to the amazing person and actor he is. I love that guy so much. He's such a class act.
To think that Ryan Reynolds and Wesley Snipes shared screen in the FIRST MCU movie 20 years ago and they'd go full circle by working together in Deadpool 3 is just heartwarming.

I've been ready for a new Blade movie since, forever.

More than likely she'll be announced on a multi-picture deal. She's as young as the young kids they have now, if they want to incorporate her into the Young Avengers, even though she's not part of that team, in the comics. Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel), Hailee Steinfeld (Kate Bishop/"new" Hawkeye), Xochitl Gomez (America Chavez), and Kathryn Newton (Cassie Lang/Stature), are just a few of the names that are up-and-comers to help push the MCU along, for the next generation.
HOWEVER, if they don't start including some "boys" into the mix, that'll cement their status as the "M-She-U". A property that has long been dominated by males, is now being pushed towards females, but in a female-centric way. If that continues, that will be the demise of the MCU. This IS, and HAD BEEN, an IP mainly for boys and men, from the inception of superhero comic books. Because society is the way it is now (Feminism, I'm looking at YOU!!), more females are gravitating towards the MCU, and superhero IP. That is less-pronounced, in the comic book realm, though; the data shows only a slight uptick, in female-buying traffic. So if Marvel and the MCU continues to push this strategy, as well as forced DEI, they'll lose most of their original fan base - men. They've ALREADY lost much of it.
Mahershala Ali was a great casting choice and I like him as an actor.
But good luck matching the energy of that Vampire Rave scene in the original Blade movie. 😬

Reynolds is a guy who pays back those who helped him up to his present position. After all of Snipes behaviour over the years, and subsequent black-listing by studios, Ryan Reynolds has probably given him a second opportunity to work again. Hopefully Snipes takes good advantage of it and manages to keep his ego in check this time around.
Wesley is such a scene stealer. Such star power and what a presence he is!

the fact that Emma tried to study her character so much is great. as alot of stuff of games and movies these days barely check any of the source material..
Sometimes actors are TOLD by the director to NOT study the comics or comic connections, for their film. That, is unfortunate.
